Aye, that why last time we went up to Motherwell for a friendly we got spanked.
I'm also fairly sure the likes of Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs and Dundee United would also turn over the whole of league two, and probably the majority of league one, on a more than regular basis.

Or are you suggesting all Scottish football is rubbish because a part time team beat a top flight team in a one off cup match?
If you are it's a bit silly, but then again you're building up form for comments like these. The Original EB likes this. -

Crankshaw only played 7 times for Stockport this season. In no way has he appeared 27 times for them and the internet is lying. I apologise for thinking otherwise and you win. Take any prize off the top shelf.Interested Bystander likes this. -

You're seriously basing your point on a friendly match 15+ years ago?
If we're gonna go down that route - is this the same Hearts that drew 2-2 with Crawley in pre-season? Or the same Dundee United that lost to Fleetwood in pre-season in the summer? These sides would turn over the entire League Two, despite a combined draw against Crawley and Fleetwood, really?
And the same Aberdeen that lost to an amateur team from the Scottish equivalent of the Conference North (6th tier) the other night?
And these are the so-called best of the rest of the SPL you're talking about here!
You do realise that most of the teams (other than Celtic and Rangers) in the SPL have a mass collective of failed EFL2 players in their first teams, right?
I've heard of stubborn folk refusing to admit they're wrong but you are on a whole new levelBronco likes this. -

Stockport have made the same 'mistake' we made by turfing him out because he's not actually League Two standard.Bronco likes this. -

Not a bad move for a lad that is very average at this level, and really found a home in the National League Premier.
Although obviously if Motherwell are in the Scottish Championship next season, we all know that is non-league level anyway. -

He's also an SPL player simply because he's contacted to, and appearing for an SPL club. Unless Felix at Chelsea or Kulesevski at Spurs can't be classed as PL players just because they're on loan?
Your mate is wrong and every single statastic backs that fact up. -

Same as the ex-City player going to the Polish league, aside from the top two or three, it's non-league fodder. -

Challinor obviously didn't want him or he would not have allowed him out on loan I believe its 23 league appearances for the two clubs, of which Crankshaw has made 9 starts.
Against Barrow he was a sub.
Against Stevenage he was a sub.
Against Colchester he started.
Against Doncaster he was a sub.
Against Mansfield he was a sub.
Against Swindon he started.
Against Wimbledon he started.
Against Crawley he started.
Against Harrogate he started.
Against Northampton he started.
Against Walsall he started.
Against Bradford City did not appear.
Against Grimsby he was a sub.
Against Salford he was a sub.
Against Carlisle he was a sub.
Against Sutton he was a sub.
Against Tranmere he was a sub.
Against Newport he was a sub.
Against Orient he was a sub.
Against Hartlepool he was a sub.
Against Crewe he was a sub.
Against Walsall he was a sub.
Against Grimsby he was a sub.
For another well against Ross County he started.
Against Arbroath he started.
That's 23 league games of which he started 9.
I think these stats are correct. -

What part of one Stockport manager allowing him to go to a better league makes him non league standard, as per the original point?
I'll wait. -
