The thing is, I'm genuinely not shocked a school has better facilities than Accrington.

I think most petrol station car parks have better facilities than Accrington.

 

Bit harsh on Accrington.
They are currently sat 2nd in the league 1 table.

A football club that has ambition shouldn’t be training at a bloody SCHOOL!

If it’s to save money then as I said before it’s not as if we are doing well on the pitch.

You have to wonder what due diligence all these so called "training ground experts" did before coming to the club in the first place. Maybe it was the money that talked? Just a guess.

 

Give it a rest Fordy. I am the most tolerant guy going, but you are starting to sound like a broken record and after a while that gets on everyone's nerves. New season , new manager, clean slate or do you just like the wind up.

 

So where would you prefer they train because we don't own anywhere

 

Well speaking of Accrington, their plans for a sporting hub the region can be proud of are pretty good, if they can pull it off.

And if they can achieve it, so can we, surely.

A project like that wouldn't solely be down to Rupp to fund, but it does require ambition, community support, and backing from bodies that can also benefit.

 

Richard Dunn is an ideal location for community sports hub as you allude to.

Just needs Bradford Council to get behind it.

 

Manningham Mills ? pitch laid on a former tip v modern school facilities. Dont see the issue with using Woodhouse Grove in fact its probably an astute move financially that frees up cash for elsewhere.

Only seems to be Grsyson, Warnock & Fordy who are bothered by it.

Start taking the club seriously. If no go to the cinema at a weekend and eat popcorn.

Following a football club now isn't just about what happens on pitch. You need the club to improve off it also. So yes I might be a stuck record but I am not impressed that we once again have to look forward to Div 2 football and off the pitch own NOTHING!

 

Combined with Sedbergh, a good open air facility at Richard Dunn would blow our high tech school out the water.
