    I know Fordy gets some stick and usually justified but his question here is justified. We've waited till we are second from bottom of the entire league before some saw what has been the bleeding obvious for months. And now it's all hunky dory? Well excuse me for feeling just a little bit pissed off at how this club has been run for years. All the known it all and all that experience off the field yet its taken a lad with no CEO experience to make a bold decision to replace fundamentally flawed football manager that should never have been invited back in the first place and get better results with the u18 management team. That isn't a well run club, it's a shambles.

    And that is a fair response mate :thumbup: Lets just accept he is supporting and liaising closely with Ryan on these key appointments but once in place I agree it would be good to get a joint insight as to plans going forward i.e. not just Ryan but Stefan too

    If I was Hurst then, I would tell Sparks to do one. Not very nice is it to offer it to someone then tell him to wait to see whether they can get their preferred option in first

    Just listened to sellars on tomorrow’s match against Grimsby and yet again I’m impressed.

    We must get Truman/sellars tied down on long contracts with a future of moving into the top job one day.

    You can bet that their success with the youngsters and, now with the first team, won't have gone unnoticed.

    I've read posts from fans saying they shouldn't be considered for the permanent role because we can't afford to lose their expertise with the Academy.

    Their names will already be out there, so it might only be a matter of time before they're tempted away.

    I disagree with that too. How were we batshit crazy? We put some faith in a manager and it didn’t work and the plug was pulled after 6 defeats in the trot. Are Plymouth batshit crazy too after losing a similar amount?
