Ok so here’s a novel thought.
Correct me if I’m wrong but I’d say we had 10k full paying adult ST holders last season paying £149. That’s almost 1.5million in revenue.
The owners have admitted there’s a 750k deficit.
So the club need ideally 2.25million in ST sales.
How about a reverse auction type sale. A bit of a gamble by the club but assuming we’d sell 5000 @ £450 (the die hards) and then the price is reduced for every 1000 additional tickets sold beyond 5000. Ie. 8000 = £281 each and 10000 = £225 each, capped at 15000 making the price £150.
Any junior tickets sold at £50 would be a bonus.

So let me ask it directly.
Would YOU, Fordy117, be willing to pay higher ticket prices to enable a larger player budget? -

Let's get a campaign going to raise ST prices and allow the club to progress.

The two owners have made mistakes and their man management has been abysmal. But they were trying a different longer term but more sustainable way buy speculating on younger players and developing our own to sell on and using g the money to improve. To me that seems a worthwhile way to goStop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

The ones likes Peterborough are picking up are mainly non league players who they pay little for and make a few bob when they sell them, I would much prefer the system we had where the manager know his player budget and brings players in to strengthen the first team squad even like Stuart and Parkinson before him spent little on goal keepers because they though6 other position had priority, if you could get a lad like Jordon Pickford or Sam Johnson then that's a bonus. -
Without doubt , using your words, he’s crap and plays negative percentage football. It’s tedious to watch.
So on what grounds, where there is no doubt, will our owners go for Rosler? -
