I can see Bruno getting the West Brom job permanently otherwise would be a good shout

Well we certainly wouldn’t be leaking goals if Bruno was in charge, lovely man as well.

You’d be the first to complain if we finished 7th scoring 100 goals and conceding 98.Ulysses S Grant and Idlebantam like this. -
Why would we need to cut back? The owners haven't spent anything.
Why don't the owners spend some money to drive the club forward.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...rmbenson007 and bantam2708 like this. -

I thought he was fairly clear. He said that his decision will depend on many factors; he specifically mentioned the budget, the training ground and the pitch. He then said if most of those 'requirements' are met, and it gives the club the best opportunity to get to the Championship, it will make his decision easier.
Obviously things can change (e.g. a bigger Club comes in for him), but it sounds like, if the owners can give him most of what he wants, he will stay, even if we are still in League One.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
His Preston team didn't look bad when they stuffed us 3-0 at VP.

Swings and roundabouts. And let’s face it, wouldn’t we want the same income from 14k gates than we would from just 8k...? The atmosphere would be awful in a 25k seater stadiumStop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...RonnieBrown and Bronco like this. -

If you want to be blinkered as to why we are where we are, that’s fine. Here's a thought
1. Owners to put more money on the table.
2. Supporters to put more money on the table.
Let's say raise the price of STs to £300. Assuming 15000 STs that is an extra £1.95m in the kitty.
Are our supporters prepared to put their hand in their pockets?
I am but generally I doubt it. It is with a few exceptions NEVER mentioned in any posts,

Maybe we take a gamble on someone less experienced. Craig Bellamy ha completed his badges and almost took the Oxford job. He’s intelligent and well spoken and I imagine plays attacking football. Darren Moore as mentioned previously, Paul Scholes, Sol Campbell are all part of the new generation of potential managers looking for work. Are they worth a gamble?
If not, then Grayson is as good as it gets if you’re looking for experience.Pineapple Salesman likes this.
