    strong rumour that either or indeed both our chairmen are loosing the love of their new toy. Definitely there is an interest to offload both or one of the shares owned. I hope it’s Edin that walks and the split is Stefan who wants a better man pulling the strings. If it’s Rupp that’s wanting out I fear for our future if Edin is still in control.

    Hopefully news that a 3rd party group are ready and willing to listen to what is on offer and are being bank rolled in part with men who have our club at heart.

    Hopefully if things go to plan our future may well be a happier one.

    No this is news from within. Depending on results it may happen sooner than later. If results go against us and Edin moves on then it maybe worth the disappointment. Seems the gamble to not to give the 100% gate receipt to the runner up at Wembley last year has caused a split. City did not want to do this as our chairman thought it was a cert we would win and be able to get 50% too.

    There appears to have been a lot of penny pinching going on!! I realise you have to be careful, but it is ridiculous to jeopardise a signing, argue over bonuses etc and now look where we are.

    Well neither of them have been watching games much of late, so it fits, but the investment in the pitch doesn’t?

    But can we afford to scrimp on players? We did that this season and look what has happened if we do, even bigger chance of relegation and potentially loss of revenue.. sometimes you have to invest or even worse consequences follow. I would borrow the money for the pitch off Rupp, low interest.

    Do people really think they're going to walk away after 1 bad season? also they will argue the club is worth more than the £5m they paid and is anybody really going to pay more than that for it?

    It seems to me that at least one of our Chairmen invested into an expensive Airfix kit, only to find ............... Glue, paint and paint brushes were not included. No wonder things are falling to pieces and looking Grey at the moment. :(

    The vibe at the moment is Edin has been shocked by the vitriol. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a change of ownership sooner rather than later.

    I don't believe that's the case. They will have done their homework prior to making the financial commitment.

    I would more liken it to a child who likes building with mega blocks, buying a Lego Star Wars death star and expecting it to be just as easy to put together.

    They need to stop saying we are going to be promoted in three years, stop saying we are all prepared for the January window etc., I am also beginning to wonder if the pitch will be upgraded. That has what has incensed fans, we are not fools to be fed BS. The trust has gone nobody is believing anything they say, plus I don’t think either of them has turned up for a match lately.

    Exactly, it's the over ambitious clap trap they've come out with followed by a number of lies and half truths. The trust is just not there, that mistrust and anger has transformed into hatred recently from a number of vocal supporters.

    Seriously Park, when they have over promised and under delivered as they have recently and presided over the calamitous PR of late how can it be a surprise to them?

    If we lose 30%+ of our season ticket holders, which seems plausible atm, then I'd argue the value of the club has been significantly reduced.

    Part of the value of the club was a fan base of close to 20,000 and the associated revenue. That has been eroded, in the short term at least.

    I cant see either Rupp/Rahic leaving. Even with things going the way they are I think Rahic is too stubborn to admit defeat so early. In any case it will be interesting to see what will develop after this bitter sweet (Or sweet bitter) season has ended.

    On a positive note its nice to see activity on this site. :)
