Weird. The Don comes back (hoofball because of the state of the pitch) but isn't captain. Not gonna do his morale much, or the teams either. Ismail was on the bench last week, but isn't today. Can't be positional because Gibson has taken his place. Weird. No comms from the club about his first injury, and now nothing about his latest one if he has one. No Devitt, nothing from the club about that either - if he's injured or what. Must be personal. No striker on the bench.
Just strikes me as though Stuart still doesn't know what he is doing yet.

He needs to pick the best team NOT a team of people he gets on with.

We win McCall can take the kudos. We don’t then he needs to be questioned.

Agree with most of that.

However, McCall does know what he's doing let's not make excuses as it's nearly enough the same team since he's been here.

 

Does he ever in stressful, losing, circumstances?

His record, here, Motherwell, here, Scunthorpe suggests he doesn’t.

I hope he figures this out but hope is not something we should be hanging our hat on.

Thinking about the comments McCall has made this week, I wonder if Gibson got the nod ahead of Ismail because he's shown more effort in training.

Think players like Ismail and Devitt will now be thinking what's that point in Bradford City. Change managers to be more attacking but can't get in the team
