    For an individual fan, I agree. But I genuinely believe Newport have to find the yob and take action against him. That kind of incident directed at the manager or anybody else for that matter is deeply offensive. Hopefully Flynn will put some pressure on the club to do something about the incident.

    I thought McCall handled himself superbly. Easy to lose your shit and jump in and batter the guy. As clubs we all have individuals who can't think for themselves, a society problem though not a specific football problem.

    They used to have cushions in the main stand and after a bad performance they used to hurl them on the pitch at the end

    It's not your clubs fault, society determines how many idiots are allowed to breathe the same air as everyone else. We have our own share of numbskulls as does every club. Not worth losing sleep over, just a ban and accept some people were born brain dead.

    Brilliant gesture and very much appreciated. Theres quite a lot of us golden oldies on here who were in attendance on that tragic day and I can assure you it never goes away. Stuart McCall toured the local hospitals looking for his dad that day and must have gone through hell until he found him alive, albeit badly burned

    Forecast is rain tomorrow and Thursday but no rain Friday and showers Saturday. As I said think tomorrow will be off although it is on tv. Should be ok for Saturday, hope so hotel booked Friday.

    Because it doesn't fit with his storyline!!

    He can suggest that not making Donaldson captain is forcing him out (completely fanciful) but saying some players aren't trying (very possible) doesnt fit his narrative so he ignores that possibility!!
