    I agree completely. But I'd be surprised if Bowyer wasn't already aware of that concern. Having got rid of Doyle, it would be idiotic not to replace him with another striker who would then step in for Vaughan or Donaldson if either weren't available. And in that situation, I wouldn't want to be relying on Omari or McCartan.

    Yes it was good to see him and Devitt actually receiving the ball and then turning towards the oppo goal to see what pass they could make.

    Akpan and devine were piss poor today. Devine rightly hooked at HT and Akpan lucky to play 90 minutes because he was fecking abysmal as usual. The balance of that midfield was awful today, 3 defensive players at home, none of whom can pass a ball forwards. Cooke and devitt have to start next week if only not to see shite like akpan and devine again.
