So far the only tough statements I've seen are about pitch invaders and violence, which are two things we all know aren't acceptable.

 

How hard would it be for the authority's to check with the suppliers or even the delivery companies, who has ordered them in the Bradford region and then check with the club who had tickets for Mansfield, There can not be that many people ordering flares. During the celebrations of the goal I thought you could see the area it came from. Hopefully shouldn't be too difficult to identify them.

You should be able to pinpoint which group are likely to throw flares and just keep watching on CCTV.
