Sacked club legend when 5th in the league.
Brought in questionable recruitment practices that have led to £280k wasted on McCartan & Poleon.
Took money out of first team to fund development squad - overall quality dropped considerably.
Sold/Released high earners. Reduced budget.
Couldn't keep strong League 1 Manager due to lack of ambition.
Performance declines for first time in 6 seasons.
'Lost' 5k season ticket holders due to all of above.

I'm not in agreement on the wasted money on Shay yet. Through injuries and lack of selection he didn't get a run of games then when he scored he was dropped. Let's see how he fairs up to December.

Need to factor in kids tickets now £20 so not bought willy nilly plus adults up £20. Novelty factor to consider too - 4th season in L1 with cheapo tickets.

I heard we were at 14,000 end of April. What we at now???

 

Last figure was over 14500 and that was a couple weeks back and contery to the rumours theres still a steady flow of sales on a weekly basis.
We only would of matched last seasons figures or more if we had gone up.the few thousand(not 5k) who dont but are mostly only here for the good days the good times im sure thel be back once we draw a big club in a cup or top of table game etc.

Ha! Is he really? All I’ve seen is us getting poorer as a football team largely because of the self involved, naive/poorly informed, dogmatic, needy nonsense from Rahic. It might turn around and I respect his recent defiance but so far he’s walked the walk of an absolute div.

 

Ambition can be taken in alot of ways.
I think ambition is taking time to get the right man at the helm.i think ambition is sorting the pitch.i think ambition is the two senior new sighnings.
We have to be level headed here.we wont be able to compete with alot of clubs wage wise but we defo 100% have a bigger pot of coin than last years budget.

 

Given your track record, I'm not sure how accurate that claim is SYB, but if it is true, then that also shows ambition imo.

 

If they have indeed spoken to a couple of candidates more than once , what was stopping Edin from making the appointment?
Those chosen ones can go elsewhere to other clubs.
