    No. It's a charity match run by the Darby/Rimmer Charity with all proceeds going to the Charity. So there is no Flexi discount.

    Regarding buying a ticket before general sale, yes, Flexi's count as a season ticket.

    There's a difference between a pre-season friendly for their first team and a charity fund raising XI.

    It doesn't matter to me as I'm not going. But I'm sure that many will be attending with an expectation of seeing at least a few of their star names.

    One issue which looks to be relevant is that of Season Ticket/Flexi Card holders wanting to buy an extra ticket for a family member/friend.

    Out of 165 votes cast, then 24 would like extra seats. I guess the issue is how you can possibly issue seats next to each other?

    Given that 38 have said that for whatever reason they are not going, then it would seem like there would be enough capacity to ‘pair up’ those who wanted to sit next to a none season ticket holding friend.

    Not sure there is an easy solution, but if we could put people on the moon 50 years ago, then it cannot be insurmountable. ;)

    As discussed and if fans know about football then they will know the ACON is on. So most PL teams will have players involved in that. Then European qualifiers are currently on and I think players will get 3 weeks off so some of them might play in the pre season match.

    This is a pre season match for both clubs but like any pre season it's up to the clubs what players play as pre season is all about fitness.

    If you're not going I hope you're giving some money to the charity.

    This is about Darby not what players are playing.
