    For the first 18 months a lot were totally against him, especially the first 6 months.

    Don't get me wrong he seems like a likeable bloke that ended up being good at his job, Testimonial though ? Really ?

    Did Baldwin get one ? As pissed as he gets and post on here I'd say the ex Kitman deserves more of a Testimonial for his Charity work, but it ain't gonna happen.

    My role on here, since when have I any more status than any other fellow poster on here, I'm not a MOD I post my own opinions and if I get information that I believe to be true I'll also post that.

    Nobody has suggested you had a gun pointed at your head. You appear to be more than willing to act on behalf of somebody else. But your role (standing is probably a better expression) on here is that you are the most prolific poster by some margin. I doubt a poster who hadn't made as many posts as you would have been asked to do anything similar. And that I suspect is why you've been used in this way.

    Guisley say that the group originally wanted to sponsor as the Naughty Boys Table but changed it to the James Mason Appreciation Society. However their press officer has worked with James so therefore was aware of the difficulties that could ensue and did not wish to sour their relationship with City therefore Guisley themselves canceled the proposed sponsorship.

    The press officer would also like to know who has let out this information as they had not made it public.

    I haven't posted a screenshot for privacy reasons.

    What did I dodge ? I've already asked in this thread if James is still being paid by the club despite leaving the club, did I miss your reply ?

    If he's still being paid by the club then that will answer your question ?

    I'm not sure that would have been the case anyone taking the focus off the new coaching team, I would very much doubt anyone attending would have noticed that the game was sponsored in appreciation to what James did during his time at Valley Parade, if Guiseley had seen a problem they would have said we dont think it's appropriate to sponsor this particular game.
