Doubt that Fordy. I expect a cull of the majority

Quite a few are younger players who won’t be costing much. We will probably use O’Donnell Akpan Mellor and possibly Doyle next season

 

Think Wright will be here and Scannell (these have 2 years left I believe)

O'Connor might stay also.

Our players have disappointed without question this season but they will be dropping down a division and we can't afford to rebuild again. We will be rebuilding for Div 2 then will have to do it again hopefully for div 1.

We need to keep a core group together even if we like it or not.

 

Some of these are coming towards the end of their career if they want to finish their playing days playing they may want to leave

 

If they're not going to get better wages elsewhere then no mate they won't.

Bradford City will have to make up the difference for them to leave.

 

I never want to see Wright or O’Connell in a city shirt again!!

I am preferring to live in hope that we can somehow shift at least some of the lazy bastards on. might not be able to but I like to think Bowyer has decided he doesn't want the majority of the squad.

 

Quite a few under contract last summer as well, but they went. If they're told that the manager doesn't want them, then they'll move because the vast majority want to play. Waiting out their contract is pretty much career suicide in the lower leagues.

Think we might struggle too and I believe he might think he can turn the vast amount around.

 

Problem is that some were signed on great deals and long term contracts mate. Massive difference.

I can see Akpan and Mellor, of the senior contracted players, still being here, especially if Bowyer still here

I'd keep Conor wood. From what I've seen of him he looks more than capable of playing league 2.
