From what I've seen he looks a busy player. Wether he fits what Adams is ultimately trying to do remains to be seen. I expect Adams to make significant changes knowing what he's said regualrly in interview about his current squad. I just can't see that being in the shaoe of a decent offer, especially when the clubs mantra is sustainability at all costs.

Personally, I think Adams will be targeting loan players, whose contracts will be up in the summer, with a view to signing permanently in the summer. Well, that was something he alluded to in an interview a few weeks ago anyhow

    Wanting them to prove themselves?

I would be like mate you haven’t proved yourself here. Can’t even get back to back wins. Do one?

No way would I join Adams at this moment.

Loan players don't join a team just because they're winning buddy that would limit their chances of actually getting first team football

What are you gonna do go to a top of the table side with a settled eleven and just expect to get 90 minutes every week come on mate they will want to go somewhere they are going to get in the team and that means either injuries or underperformance

I think he would play two up top of we could keep Angol and Cook fit. If we can get a quality front man in great but I think right back, a winger and a good central defender (if he doesn't feel like he can trust Kelleher). Then if we can move on Evans or any other midfield players before their contracts are up in the summer strengthen the midfield area. I doubt he will bring in a new keeper as unlike us he probably dot see it as a priority at the moment.

My point is players have every right to question Adams capabilities at Bradford City.

    I wouldn’t join here.

We need ambitious players also. We need players that want to win.

The chances are we won't be signing kids on loan if we sign players on loan they will be those looking for a new club in my opinion

We need more Andy Cook type loans than Jordan Stevens type loans so I should think those players would be committed to the cause and tick a few of your boxes

Players like that will be seasoned lower league players though not wonderkids

So how do we get ambitious players then? Sack Adams and replace him with Evans?

Seeing as he went to barrow on a free the idea of 100% profit i think would be appealing. We offer around 300k-400k especially with covid about not sure they could refuse! I know we still still have the crankshaw money and gotts would be a cracking signing.

Which is fine but you still need players that are hungry, ambitious and wanting to succeed in a higher division. People like that are not going to want to join a manager that can’t put wins together currently.

Rupp is a fool to give Adams any money. I would be like win all your wins from now until the end of the season and you then can sign some players, stop failing me and the supporters plus making Ryan look like a mug.

to sign? no chance its that low, we sold cranky for 6 figures (and made a profit)! if he is only 60k we need to sign him ASAP!

plus hes on a 3 year deal, so clearly worth more than that

It’s not so much “what he’s worth”. We are not spending 300-400k in the next 2 windows combined never mind on one player unless there is a serious change in our owners thinking.
    And that looks highly unlikely.

depends how many frees we bring in too, I'm pretty sure we only paid fees for Vernam and Crankshaw last year which would be around 500k for the pair I assume.
