I stick by what I say it will be a lot higher than a big majority

 

Coventry has to pay £1.3m rent for the Arena but that included all the bills.

before that they were spending £800k a year on running costs at Highfield Road, so deducting that would put the rent part at about £500k

 

can you give any examples?

 

Peterborough were/are paying £500k since 2003. They are responsible for repairs etc and running costs

That’s what I said where does that say rent only

 

Walsall pay over £400,000 a year in rent alone, I can find no evidence we pay more. I’d hazard a guess that due to the length of lease and the fact that the stadium isn’t on valuable land, that we’re getting a good deal on the stadium. Another excuse for those that want to make excuses, every football clubs have many out goings. It’s why I’d advise a business man not to get involved in football unless they have money to burn, and knowledge and passion for the game...

 

I’m sure someone will be able to tell you what the formula is for the rent increase but I think it is about 5% every 5 years so would put us at around £410k

 

So what is happening with Vaughan? Anyone know?
