Is this the new Kurtis Guthrie thread with reports on him every time he so much as farts?

He's in league one and we're not so we certainly shouldn't be thinking we're in some way superior or too good for him.

It was 0-0 when he came off for Elliott List.

Stevenage ended up winning 3-0, List scoring twice.

 

Another knock. Was reading online their fans talking about him, apparently he went off early on his debut because he was feeling his ankle again for the few mins before HT. Think it was his first game back after his injury and it sounds like he might have come back a little early, gave him a few mins to see if it would improve but it didn't. He was supposed to be on the bench on Saturday but wasn't deemed fit by Revell.

 

Think List scored about 2 minutes after replacing him. With the knock aswell he's probably got a ways to go til he's back in. Don't wish bad on him but at least it keeps some negativity at bay. Can imagine if he'd bagged at the weekend after we've failed to score.. easy stick to beat the club with

 

That's exactly the reason the OP has made this thread though. So that they can use it to highlight what they'd see as a great decision made by the club if he fails to score goals at Stevenage.

Meanwhile, no one is mentioning that we're plodding on using the extremely ineffective Oliver Vadaine as back up instead.

He's not played much. They've only had a couple of games in September so far and one was straight after transfer deadline day

 

Not fit?

 

I wondered that. Hauled off early in his first game for them and not in the squad at all the second game. I think he was back on the bench the last game but not sure he made an appearance.
