    I've been giving my all for the first 7 months of the season. What were actually need is the players to think about putting in some effort.

    We've back the decision. Edin has gone and went ages ago. We can't keep hiding behind him.

    Just think things were getting heated and we as fans really do need to get VP buzzing on Saturday no matter what's happening on of off the pitch.

    Only been VP twice this season Bristol Rovers and Southend, but you've convinced me Fordy I'm now going Saturday, and for some strange reason I'm looking forward to it. COME ON CITY.....

    Yes I get that players safety is paramount, but we got a warning after the Rochdale game with regards smoke bombs, I was around in the 70/80s when clubs erected fences, Ken Bates wanting to electrify them at Stamford Bridge, In the mid-1980s, he famously erected an electric perimeter fence around the pitch at Stamford Bridge to prevent pitch invasions, but the fence was soon dismantled after the local council refused him permission to turn the electricity on.
    We can thank God Bradford City never erected fences at the front of the paddock.

    You can say that but he reported it. I have already got us off punishment after Rochdale with a stiff warning then we go again at Walsall and another submission having to be made to The FA who can be guaranteed not to be so lenient next time unless I've pulled a rabbit from somewhere.
    Now we have another issue coming over the hill and whatever the view the ref has spoken, just hope nothing comes of it because the punishment could be severe, too much to contemplate here. As I said to Fordy, let's be knowing if you see trouble makers, they don't belong with us.

    O'Connor is a difficult one if I am honest.

    Hopkin didn't help when dropping players like Wright and Riley etc and we kind of need to stop all this nonsense. We're not big enough to do what Hopkin's did.

    O'Connor to some has disrespected the club in an unforgivable way but we need to get behind the team no matter who is playing.

    If I was Bowyer I drop O'Connor to the bench anyway. 8 goals let in, in two game! Something needs to change.

    Do you want to share his career stats with the rest of us so we can all understand how you can justify your faith in Wright?

    I don't recall ever seeing any performance stats for Wright but like most posters, I have seen him in real time on the VP pitch and he leaves much to be desired in my view. He's a bottler, with no spirit and no heart for the fight we now need.

    I don't recall any trouble with Blackburn, but there was a pitch battle with the Blackpool fans in the F.A. Cup in the early 70's
