    I think sometimes it can indicate a tendency to panic and knee jerk reactions that could be an issue in other areas of the club too. Whilst taking swift action and admitting the mistake is a thing sometimes, it doesn't say much about your CEOs big grand 5 year plan when he sacks the guy in charge after 5 minutes. Can deffo be an indicator of a club in crisis but just not always an obvious one at that stage of the season.

    I think Swann at Shrewsbury has to admit he really screwed it up badly - very badly.

    The fact there season mirrors ours perfectly is astonishing. I didn't think any Chairman could do as inept a job as Rahic, but if they go down...

    In the past loan transfers could be brought in for a longer period this will have had some impact on a lot of do clubs being able to steer the club away from the rocks to prevent them sinking.
