Very selfishly hope it’s postponed........sorry everyone!!
I’m being dragged to a wedding down south, I’ve tried everything to get out of it including taking A COVID test and putting tap water on it (someone told me that gave a positive reading!)
The Mrs has taken the usual stance of “it’s only a bloody football match”
Any advice other than man up or put my foot down would be appreciated!!

 

i have heard citrus juice gives a positive covid test, but if you have this dreaded disease, you have to isolate anyhow. So you would still miss the game. Surely being called into work this weekend would be a better excuse. Good luck

 

I've been told that the same happens with Ribena and kids at school were selling positive lateral flow tests to get out of school

 

I've just tried this, and one with lemon juice.

Unfortunately it's b0llocks and I'll have to postpone my plans for a long weekend.

 

Is anyone going to convert this to or start a match thread (beyond my IT skills I am afraid)?

 

Didnt work for me with lemon juice either, but I used bottled. Might work with a fresh lemon. My diabetic blood sugar machine records a reading when I put lemon juice on it. And bleach.

From that article it doesn't rule out getting more tickets so perhaps it's a case of us saying that if they want us to open the TL Dallas then they'll need to sell x number of tickets?
