Are you saying it’s a ‘big call’ to send off a player straight from the kick off if a serious foul is committed?

 

If Vernan hadnt have won that penalty then it would be fair to say Angols appalling finishing would have cost us 2pts.

By the same token, yesterday he won us 3pts so well done. He really does need to improve in front of goal though. Yesterday he was extremely lucky due to poor goalkeeping.

Id like to see Vernan start against Stevenage. Gilliead in the middle. Angol on the left. I dont know what Callum Cooke offers as a number 10.

Not sure which game you were watching. As well as scoring both goals, Angol also won us the penalty, not Vernam.

 

Where do we lack quality? What positions and what element of quality would those players bring? What would they do that would show they are of quality?

Your point was related to the crowd size and the nerves Angol would have suffered so yes the crowd is relevant because if it was played with no fans you’re suggesting Angol wouldn’t have been nervous.

Dont be silly, do you want me to rewrite it and say 13k instead of 17k. The content will be the same but dont try and make out I’m wrong because I stated the wrong crowd size (in your opinion).

You’re wrong unless you can prove that Angol was more nervous due to crowd size than he would have been with no crowd.
