Time to make it 3 wins in a row. Same team same formation.

Might actually go top for this one.

Personally I'd tweak it a bit.
BRE whom I think has been our best player this year, I would bring back and the 3 match ban has actually given him a nice rest.
Again Vaughan whom has a nice 1 3/4 match rest, is another i'd like to shoe horn into the side.
At whoms expense of formation, not sure .

Richards-Everton for AOC and Vaughan for either Connolly or Ismail for me.

Crawley higher in the league than I thought and are the only league 2 side who have scored in every league game so far, and a tie against Colchester away from the quarter finals of the League cup. Underestimate them at our peril

In fairness, despite their position they have won 2 games in 10 across all competitions.

Sounds like a classic potential case of distracted by the cup to me - 3-0 win ;)

So you would tweak it but have no idea how? That figures.

How Wimbledon let him go out on loan I'll never know.
(Although I bet Swindon are saying similar things about us)

Bowyer is rubbing off on some of you. We are at home and should fear nobody. Expect and demand 3 points.

BRE has to come back in. We've looked shaky while he's been out and aren't winning the first header from defensive set pieces enough.

Vaughan straight swap for donaldson would be the only other change I'd make.

Oh and Connolly on the right and Ismail on the left please.

I thought Henley did fine. Having a right back who can pass a football was a refreshing change.

A few clamouring for the change of Vaughan for Donaldson. To be honest of the pair, I think Donaldson has played better. That said, I would pair them both together again

I'd also bring in BRE and Vaughan but for Paudie and Donaldson. It's still not easy for me to say this but AOC does not deserve to be dropped and has been far more consistent this season than Paudie. AOC and BRE have looked the best central defence partnership so far and I'd go with that and then give Donaldson a rest up front. Don't think we can afford to be thinking about dropping Zeli or Connolly, especially at home.

    Henley looked rusty to me.
He was caught out of position with the First long ball played to their left winger and virtually rugby tackles the lad in the first half. Fair play to the ref I don’t recall any yellows issued in the game. A more pedantic official would have booked a few.

He was probably scared to start getting his cards out after what happened last time he did that with us!

Hmmmmmm, yeah. Crawley are not only one of the top scorers in this league (as you allude to) they concede just as many. The plus plus point for City, is that we are now tighter at the back ..... So all that's left is for City to be more clinical, on the offensive. so a Win for City - should we plan correctly. BUT ....... 1 - 0, or 4 - 2 ? That is the conundrum, do City keep it tight (at Home) or risk conceding, whilst scoring ? In fact, their last 4 Away games suggest perhaps a 2 - 2 Draw, having scored 7, whilst conceding 8, Drawing 2 of those games. Hmmmmmm.........
Personally, a tough game, but a 2 - 1 Win for City in this one.

TBF, we’ve looked shaky at the back all season, even with BRE. The number of clean sheets is testament to that.

And let’s not forget, prior to his sending off, he had had his worst spell for us. Was at fault for 2 goals in the 2 games prior to that sending off and AO’C has actually deserved his place. Didn’t he clear one off the line yesterday?
