I heard that a fan ran onto the pitch from the kop end at the end of the game and confronted Angol, plus one other.
Did anyone else see that.
If true, this plus the fan who had a go at Adams, shows that fan unrest is growing.

Sorry but I too voted with my feet last night. Still to decide on Saturday's game.
Sick and tired of watching dire, drab football, then feeling annoyed, and totally pissed off while running to catch my train home.

Would love to know the actual attendance, not the number of tickets sold.

 

Can only echo the levels of apathy towards the team at the moment. But while Adams takes his fair share of responsibility for that, last night was yet another example of how timid this set of players are by the fact they nearly lost a game to a team that was blatantly happy for a draw. Even our attempts at cynical fouls look pathetic. So you can understand why Adams has been setting us up in a cautious way.

There's some good in this team but they really need a few b*stards to keep them in line during a match. Tranmere was another example of it, a fantastically well worked goal but the game management and intelligence on the pitch after that was non-existent. For many years Bradford City was all about being able to give anyone a game through pure mettle, we have been the complete antithesis of that for far too long now. No wonder the turnout and atmosphere was poor last night, I don't think the players believe in themselves so it's no surprise that the fans don't either.

 

To be fair to the ref (because he erred in our favour), in real time and with such a quick view of it, the ball appears to strike his feet first then travel onto his hands. We have all seen them given and on the replay there seems to be just one guy shout handball in the crowd. We got lucky there for sure.

 

Oh for a Tony McMahon and a Dean Windass in that team.

 

I hope you aren't suggesting our current predicament is the fans fault and that everything would be alright if we just all clap harder FFS.

 

I'd say 6k max. Was the emptiest I've seen it this season.

 

I reckon ref saw it, but by that time was so pissed at Colchesters time wasting that he just let it slide

 

The players are simply not good enough.

Even Adams love Child, Angol is just as sh#t as the rest .

I thought he went on for "comedy" value more than anything considering he looked and behaved like a bit of a clown

He murdered us down at Fratton Park a few years ago. One of our big earners so I would try to move him on in January.

I agree about Threlkeld but I actually thought Gilliead played okay, he's prepared to get on the ball and run at the opposition.

 

I think the match sponsors were trying to make a point by picking Hornby as MOTM.

 

Itc was Jamie Raynet from Radio Leeds that said he confronted Angol plus another.

 

Peter Sutcliffe murdered plenty in the 70's and he's past it as well.

 

Or they were pissed ? How funny would it have been if Hornby had been sent off just minutes after being named MOM or if they gone for the real comedy vote and awarded it to either Robinson or Lavatory
