Definitely a snow risk but it's not as dramatic as it looks. Today's map is below for comparison, so marginally worse than today. It still it varies locally. Derby/Nottingham had 3/4 of an hour of snow after lunch today even though that was in a lower risk area. They can't call it off because it might snow. They'll just have to wait and see what we get, although a wet pitch ahead of time might tip the decision.

 

More up to date photos with more water settling on the pitch. Coming down heavy again out there now.

 

Agree if it’s played on it will just make it worse for the rest of the season. Needs an early inspection to save Stevenage travelling up.

 

Any quantity of rain overnight and tomorrow the game could be off, the drainage is poor and the pitch wont be able to absorb it, as well as letting Stevenage fans know early enough so they don't travel.
