    3-0 but incredible play from Donaldson. Knock and run around his man, cut back inside another and rolled it into Scannell, great control and finish.
    Set up by a fierce slide tackle from Vaughan. But hes hurt himself.


    Workrate from everyone second half has matched Vaughan and Donaldson and we have been dominant.

    Second half was a lot better. Vaughan, Donaldson, Devine and BRE all impressive.

    got to agree with @Faithful Bantam@Faithful Bantam , seemed like Oldham were cutting through us too easily, fortunately, defence did its job (didn't get to say that too often last season) and Vaughan and Donaldson, well what can you say, give them service and see what happens.
    Almost sounds churlish after a 3-0 win but but some midfield steel is needed.

    Yes we win free kicks but have no player who can help us take advantage - today we again wasted free kicks. Against teams who are harder to breakdown we will need to score from set pieces at times to give us a chance of getting all 3 points.

    We may have some wait though, which is a shame as another Hiwula/Devante Cole would be a useful addition for this team.

    There is no doubt Patrick has attribute Power and pace. Unfortunately his feet aren’t connected to his brain. Whether that can be improved I doubt

    Get a win Tues and and we'll prob be in top 3 shows how shite this league is. Surely the owners can see that strengthening the squad with 3 decent additions and we'd piss this league.

    He's good in the air, can tackle, and can get good air time on a captains armband and that's literally it.

    I thought he played alright the first two league games but on Tuesday he's back to throwing his toys out the pram. When you're a young debutant like Tyler French you want an experienced centre back giving you confidence not berating you every ten minutes. Just looked bad from the stands.

    It is bad, the guy is pathetic and Bowyer won't endure his cringeworthy antics much longer.

    I certainly hope not, anyway, or I'll be questioning Bowyer's leadership myself.
