I ain’t for this chopping and changing managers but if there was any signs that things are to get better then sadly there isn’t any

I mean if he’s here next season do you trust him and his scouts to get it right judging on what’s been brought in ???

our style of play is damn awfull now if it was good to watch you may accept the odd defeat even when we win it’s on the whole poor

he’s now turning in the fans the same folk who go up and down the land to watch this shite .

to me why even mess about just get rid now ........... a caretaker may even start getting results out of this lot and then see where we stand at the end of the season

Adams is the problem. The guy is f#cking delusional. These players are not interested anymore. A blind man can see.

 

Elliott might not have been a signing everyone wanted but he seems to have some presence (ugh, sorry) about him and clearly playing him up front with Cook gives more options up front and takes strain off Andy.

Even if he did that, irregardless of what he did with the 8 others behind them, it would be a start!

 

I don't know if Adams has lost the dressing room, it does look like they can not be bothered at times.
He has definately lost the fans. There is not one around me in the lower kop, who wants the man to carry on.
He is not going to change his way's , done it at all his clubs .
There are no signs of improvement on any of the past 5 season's and lower mid table in division 4 is calling again.
The football is dreadfull , and yesterday walking away from the ground , i was not bothered by the defeat, i am normally
annoyed or upset, but for the first time in 50 years i did not care , this guy has dulled my passion for city even more than John Docherty , another dour scot, who thought he knew it all.

Same for me pal I was wanting a 2nd Exeter goal so I could go early that’s how bad it’s got for me ............. had we even won that game yesterday it was another papering over the cracks job ............. we have beaten Barrow, Walsall and Stevenage and not one of them games was convincing in all 3 we got away with it ................... honestly going forward there is simply nothing there and if this man cannot get HIS players up for must win games then what’s gonna change come next season .............. just get rid now it hasn’t worked Sparkes brought in a man who the majority of us wanted in ......... so he’s only gone and done what us lot wanted ............so do the right thing Sparkes and get this cold man out of our club and let’s get folk in who care about the club and it’s loyal fans base is that really to much to ask .....

 

Cook had a snap shot with some venom in the final quarter. Way off target but his face and body language showed he was angry. Who can blame him? He was very quick off the pitch at the end as well. Can’t believe any of the City players are enjoying this moment. This might just be the moment Adams loses the players.

A number of fans around us, including myself, whom were openly saying that, that's not a good state of affairs for our club. It's truly saddening...

compare that to the classless, cringeworthy nonsense Adams said about their club earlier in the season. P***k.

 

I know he's an ex player but Matt Taylor always talks well about us and seems a respectful guy. As you say, the complete opposite to the arrogant tosser in our dugout.

 

Sparks is all about communication and PR. Surely even his realises how damaging fans turning against the manager is. He’s got to pull the plug, man up that his appointment hasn’t worked out, and nip it in the bud quickly. I understand he’s probably intimidated by Adams. Who wouldn’t be when faced with an arrogant narcissist, but he’s got to show us fans that he’s got some balls. If he does sack Adams, he’ll appease the fans that are also calling for his own head. Time to do your job Ryan!

Adams might help himself if he pushes Songo’O into the position he was brought in to play. We’ll never dominate midfield with Watt and Sutton. Bring in Staunton or play Foulds at the back. I’d go with Watt and Songo’O for me because as energetic as Sutton is, he’s just not influential enough over 90 minutes.

 

Even if we had a decent team yesterday would have been a tough match with Jevani and Philips upfront and Jay on the bench and Dieng still better than anything we have and the left back who was excellent for me they were the best I have seen this season. We needed width to push their fullbacks deeper and get round the back and we didn’t have that we were outplayed from the start. The only bright spot was Hendrie and Songo’o who-had a decent game

 

Time to try and tempt Taylor back up north perhaps. 43% win rate is very impressive

 

Your first comments resonates with me because by the end I was hoping we didn't equalise as it would just paper over the cracks of how bad it really was. I mean, how bad is it when you don't even want your own team to score?

 

Elliot is a terrible footballer. He's poor in the air and even worse on the ground. He offers absolutely nothing.

I agree about getting support up there with Cook but we've signed just about the worst bunch of forwards we've ever had at the club (Cook aside) so I don't even know where to start when choosing how best to do that.
