Ryan, i know it is not an easy decision but this man has to go. There are financial implications i know, but these will pale into insignificance against the number of loyal fans who are losing all hope and interest with this delusional arrogant plonker at the club.
We are about so much more than this, and I am certain you also get this and know it's true. Adams is killing all unity - you only have to listen to Levi's interview to get an honest assessment of where we are - its just nowhere near good enough.
Stefan needs to be made 100% clear that his investment is being badly damaged and if he really cares he needs to authorise the removal of Adams asap.
I know there are other City fan who have different opinions to this as Wetherby did last week but in my eyes Adams is the opposite of everything I want at my football club.

Couldn't go today because of the 'Rona (actually, I probably could have gone, but I decided not to as I only tested negative yesterday), and was concentrating so little that I hadn't even realised Exeter had scored in the first half, which passed me by without making any sort of mark on what I was doing.

Then decided to nip to the shops for the entire second half, so I've no idea what happened or what the game was like.

I was thinking about it while I was out though, and I've rarely felt this apathetic.

I'm probably going to withdraw from this forum a bit now that the season is well and truly over.

It's pointless posting on here when the feedback from the club and people around the club is "Oh, Stefan won't listen to fan protests" and everybody involved seems to think they're doing a jam up job.

We absolutely suck, and everybody at the club should be ashamed of themselves. Chances of attending games from hereon in? Not sure, really. It's such a habit, but then I haven't even had a pang of regret about not going today; didn't care enough to concentrate on the game. Don't care enough to guarantee I'll continue posting about our inevitable decline, either, especially now I understand nobody is listening.

Probably going to just post snarky sarcastic nonsense now and then... but what's new

Exeter are a side going for promotion dare I say with the shackles off.

The gap between them playing away from home and City was stark. They have a plan. They have wing back threats, strength in midfield and speed and skill up front in brown.

We have by and large Journeyman. Adams has brought in the majority of the team. There is no chance we can close the gap to top 7 if Exeter are than standard.

I don’t want to change manager again. But Adams isn’t the answer. The gaps in the stands were stark today. The club scans everyone through the gate so will know how many were actually there.

In times where families have to find money to pay increasing domestic bills, many will have to decide whether paying for next year is worth the hassle time and cost if Adams is still running the show.
Problem is we are shedding fans and many of these aren’t Jonny come lately types. Adams has pissed off your hardcore loyal fans with his football and bizarre view of events.

The question will become can City NOT afford to sack him.

Today is the sixth home game we've not bothered going to bantamlad92.
November 20th v. Northampton Town was the last time we set foot in VP.
Can't see us going anytime soon, sick of leaving VP utterly pissed off.

Those that said that Adams was a counter attacking manager. HOW? Every time we do get the ball on the break, we pass backwards. You dont see a single player running forward into space. They all just stand where they are and ball watch

The only pace in this team comes from Eisa an Verham. They are both injured. So what does Adams do? He gets A winger who likes the ball to feet an has no pace

I noticed this earlier on in the season an its becoming more apparent yet again. If Vernam does not play. We are fecked. As we have no one that can play wide (Daly an Walker both prefer to play in the middle, an once again no sign of Lord Luton)

I missed the start of Adams interview walking back to the car turned it on when he said if they sack me they won’t get anyone better!!!! Are you actually joking Mr Adams you cannot even be real no one is that deluded….. I will listen in full to the interviews later. Come on Adams in people please give me some detail of what in that absolute shite we had to endure today means we should give Adams more time??? He should have gone 6 weeks ago so as not to completely waste the transfer window. That Exeter side is in the play off places!!!! This division is so bad being as low as we are is embarrassing. I can see Adams trying to sign the Exeter No 20 as he was as bad as the strikers we currently have and had he had any ability the scoreline would have been a wider margin. The man has to go tonight, most fans with any sense don’t want him, doesn’t look like the players want him and given the absolute crap he comes out with after games he can’t want to be here either. I will take the chance Dreary Derek that we can’t do any better than you as in my opinion we currently couldn’t do much worse. This is the thing, our squad isn’t even that bad. Any decent manager worth half his salt would have this lot playing a damn sight better than they are. He’s tactically clueless and has no idea how to get the best out of them, he only knows 1 method of playing. And it’s shite

 

Fair comment mate, but deep down is Ryan the right man to make the next appointment, we all
wanted Ryan to be successful as that would suggest he made the right call and Adams was the right man unfortunatly so far that has not been the case and his past decisions are questionable with regards managrial appointments.

 

I don't know if Adams has lost the dressing room, it does look like they can not be bothered at times.
He has definately lost the fans. There is not one around me in the lower kop, who wants the man to carry on.
He is not going to change his way's , done it at all his clubs .
There are no signs of improvement on any of the past 5 season's and lower mid table in division 4 is calling again.
The football is dreadfull , and yesterday walking away from the ground , i was not bothered by the defeat, i am normally
annoyed or upset, but for the first time in 50 years i did not care , this guy has dulled my passion for city even more than John Docherty , another dour scot, who thought he knew it all.
Oldham next week is going to be interesting, graveyard for many at city

Well I can safely say thats the most bored I've been at a match for a very long time.

Exeter were awful and they are fourth. Any manager with any ambition and we’d be in the autos this year. Get. Him. Out.

 

And yet they looked a level above us. Kinda sums up where we are as a football club. Tim Dieng had all the time in the world and their left back and number 20 took the piss for most of the match.
I'm struggling to remember football as bad as this, even under Bowyer.

 

You could see Walker holding his leg but then why wouldnt a manager replace an injured attacking midfielder with another when we had Callum Cooke on the bench. Instead he throws on Theo Robinson.
