Is it bad to admit I hope we lose this one of it means Bowyer gets the chop? Will be watching on Ifollow cba going down in the cold and driving back home after another borefest.

 

Rhodes won't fire Bowyer unless we are well and truly out of reach of the playoffs, come on you must know it based on our previous seasons in league two. Sacking managers was never seriously entertained unless we were lower mid table. Hoping for us to lose and finish mid table is a self defeating fantasy. I hope that we win and that we make the playoffs and get promoted. If we fail then we can talk about sacking Bowyer. Anything else is a fantasy unless we go into a death spiral and plunge towards the relegation zone, and I don't think anybody wants that.

 

We are still in the mix with 16 games left, it would be stupid to give up on promotion now but what’s the answer?
A. Stick with Bowyer and hope he stumbles over the line
B. As above but expect us to miss out
C. Sack him and get Warnock in to do the job properly?

In any of the above I don’t want Bowyer here next season even if we are promoted.

 

Please tell me you are not referring to McCrap (Manager)....please no. We will be down by April with that clown pretending to be a manager with us again.

I've had a season ticket for 24 years and went to every home game. I wont be going Tuesday and it's been the case quite a few times this season. Bowyer has killed any enjoyment in going to watch City for me.

I feel the same sadly. It will be a massive relief when he goes.

 

If a loss meant Bowyer was gone then I'd take that.

That's not cheering against my own team, because in the long run it would be an even bigger loss as it would paper over the cracks and reset the clock on Bowyers expiry date. The sooner we get rid of Bowyer the better. The performances have just been absolutely unacceptable.

In an ideal world I would pray we cruise to a win and we start playing real football to push us to autos, but we've wasted many a game waiting for that to happen and will be out of the playoffs after having a 10 point cushion. It's obviously not going to happen under Bowyer.

 

Please tell me why Rhodes won't sack him?

Rhodes will have to go with him if he doesn't sack him.
