It seems a shame that before season tickets went on sale Marks idea of getting Bradford City fans back into the Bradford End wasn't put forward to see what sort of response it got from City fans, if the take up was poor then the stewarding/policing would make it a non-viable option, obviously a one off semi final game is a totally different matter.

I was in the Bradford End when we played Ipswich last game in 88. Win we go up. We lost 3-2. I loved being in that sweaty little bus stop of a stand.

 

Maybe in future we divide the midland road stand up differently. A B C and half of D for away fans the rest for home fans.
Meets the 10% or 2000 obligation slightly more, nice gesture from our club and no shithousing, no one has to move from their seat and sell tickets to our fans for the Bradford end ,slightly cheaper, due to reduce view and facilities. Simple.

I'm in Spain until Sunday lunchtime so couldn't go to the ticketing office to arrange a seat swap. As I hadn't had an acknowledgement of my original email to ticketing support I forwarded it this morning to Mick Lamb asking for an assurance that my usual seat wouldn't be sold to anyone else.
I got a reply at 10am UK time telling me my seat has been swapped, followed by an email with an e-ticket for my usual seat.
Job done. Seems like Mick Lamb is the man.

 

Could work. Here's an idea. Whatever we start the season with we carry on with until the season is complete. But then I'd miss threads like this.

So let's finally clear it up.
The 2450 or whatever Carlisle have been given could have been allocated in the Usual away areas of F and G in Midland Road and the TL Dallas stand.
That has a joint capacity of 2750.
So it's not for percentage reasons.
The Comms to season ticket holders in Midland Road is nothing but disgusting.
The ticket system is a total shambles.
The blanking out of seats has caused many to swap seats and sit somewhere different, which isn't that bad but still.
Once tickets go on general sale tonight we will see loads of seats that are usually season ticket holders, open up due to many relocating.
Again not terrible.
The communication or lack of it regards not been able to purchase for friends or family online is the biggest issue for me personally.
For so many to have had to go down to the office, in this day and age to sort out tickets, at the fault of the club, with no apology or acknowledgement that this has been happening, is amateur at best, and to have no one manning the phones and only a few windows open causing queues, is really really poor.
Sparks should be looking to sack those in charge of setting this up, if he doesn't then he should be apologising personally, or offering some sort of recompense.

The season is complete , it finished Monday. The playoff's are classed as a different competition apparently, and have different arrangements. hence us funding Salford and their overspend on FFP with ticket money from our home semi final. Their £50 into the pot will not go very far.
