Until he gets his own players in then i will give him a chance but i simply dont understand this long ball route being used in a team that look lost playing it.

Still like i said hes just a small problem in a bigger picture we get rid now then what ???

Putting faith in a CEO who continues to get this wrong time after time ............ it needs a complete bastard in there to lay it down to the recruitment team on what he wants.

GA out and DM in. Really think he would have passion and pride for our beloved club. The downside is he never replicate his SWFC success at the dog bothers so is it too big a gamble. I am one for continuity but think GA is taking us backwards, unless he has a certain remit by from Rupp and Sparks

To a large extent,a manager is only as good as the players he has to manage.Possibly Bruno was given a similar set of donkeys to manage as GA has here.

According to GA we can't play Pointon because he doesn't fit into our style of play. I guess the same goes for Chapman.
It's all a bit strange because he keeps trying this 'style of play' despite the fact that we keep losing. In fact it's so good I bet the vast majority of top flight premier league clubs are analysing our every single playing move. I can see those premier league managers starting to think where they've been going wrong. Just leave out your flair players and just field all the dross that 's been signed. Providing the dross fit into your 'style of play' it's bound to work.

Those saying MK Dons are where they are because of sacking GA?
It's because they made an appointment that would get the best out of the footballers in their squad.
Quality league 1 players being allowed to play a style that is not alien to them.
Us on the other hand appoint Alexander to try and get a squad of mostly 30+ year olds to play a high intensity, highly Physical style of football that requires pace, stamina and skill to be able to succeed.
The best I've seen us play this season was under Big Kev at home to Swindon.
We played it on the deck and played high up the pitch.
Kev just had us not playing around at the back with it unlike under Hughes.
That's what this squad was brought in to do.
Now Alexander has his own beliefs and style.
He can't clear the whole squad out and replace them in January, it's gonna take time.
He knows how to get teams up from this league, why did MK Dons appoint him?
But they had the balls and awareness to realise an opportunity in Williamson.
He was my first choice when Kev Mac was in charge.
But let's be honest, we were only going to attract someone who was desperate.

We don't have a board, we have an owner, CEO,and Alan Biggins as a director but I believe thats in name only.

I think we have to wait till Walker returns as when Walker was playing during that successful little run we played some decent football scoring goals and keeping clean sheets.

Watching Saturdays game none of that starting 11 fit into our style, if nothing else the likes of Young, Chapman and Pointon have a bit of pace and are happy to try something different.

The way we played against Swindon was the way to go i know it may not have got us any more points but at least it was watchable unlike this mess ................if the players where told to keep the ball on the floor the players signed in the summer where told to do the same then why go for GA ??????

It needed a manager along the same lines as Hughes without the pissing about at the back.

So in a nutshell we yet again in for a massive rebuild because one man continues to get it wrong time after time

    Exactly.

Transfers and contracts in the pre season have screwed us too.

    3 year deal for Cook.
    1 year for Ridehalgh.
    2 years for Kev Macdonald.
    12 months still for Derbyshire.
    Ash Taylor for 2 years.
    Gilliead extension.

Not one scouted from the lower divisions, up and coming young players.

Every player signed either at career end or on the way down.

    It's all on Sparks.
    That is who is responsible.

Just shows how ridiculous the club set up is. Honestly, “the board” - two men and his dog. Hardly democratic.

Adams said in terms of structure we were one of the smallest clubs in the league didnt he. He’s right.

Rahic took everything apart so he could control everything, and replacements haven’t fully been made.

I don't think there was a lot for Rahic to take apart.

The backroom staff under Parky was very small.
Parky, Parkin, Butler (GK), Allanby (Fitness)
I think Parky had Tim Breaker doing a bit of scouting for him.

    That's it.

Everything possible went into the first team budget, to get the best players we could.
