I'm assuming the dissent around the ownership of the football club is now at an end?

I'm happy with the outcome of today, so gratefully ask that monies are shared equally behind the Burns Unit and Stephen Darby charity MND

 

It's a waiting game IMO.
If he goes I'd like my donation to go to the Burns Unit.
Well done to the other 63 contributors, the detractors can all Feck off.

 

I'd say keep hold of the money until he has left these shores. Then split between both charities.

Hi Jon, I'll echo the above, thanks for your efforts. Personally, I think we should wait until it been confirmed that the tyrant has gone completely, then and only then, the funds should be split between Stephen Darbys MND foundation and the Burns Unit. Cheers

 

As a contributor I request that the money is kept until Rahic is gone.
After which perhaps a 50 - 50 split between the Burns unit and MND of any monies not reimbursed to contributors.

 

The threat of the fly over and the media attention it brought certainly helped to raise awareness of how unhappy our fans were. This certainly contributed to the return of Julian Rhodes and Stefan Rupp becoming concerned to the point of removing Edin Rahic from his post. Therefore, the fact that the fly over took place or not is irrelevant.

Well done in at least having contributed to saving our club from what was certain demise. Relegation or not, optimism has returned.

Split my funds equally between the charities, it will benefit them and we have what we wanted. Win, Win!!

 

@JonButterfield I recieved the following email from Wayne this morning who is on a temporary ban.

Can you please copy and paste the attached from me into the “Flyover Refund Received in Full” thread for me.
The purpose of the flyover was to raise awareness of how unhappy fans were. This publicity, together with fans boycotting, played a key role and Rupp removing Rahic. As such, I’d say, job well done.
And with that, I’d like to thank Butterfield and Nick for their efforts in setting this up, and to everyone that contributed.
As for my donation, I’d like my dollars to be sent to the Stephen Darby charity. He is a memory of where we were a few short years ago and it is cruel how this illness has/will affect his life.

I think we should hang fire a little longer , wait to see if he does indeed go . If he departs i want the entire fund transfering to the " BUY OFFSIDE A BRAND NEW MERC FUND " , if not to the burns unit .

 

I agree.

The hierarchy were more than happy to share their information through @City-since-67 with regards the potential new investment maybe we should share our information with them.
Either they give us a predicted date of when Edin will be out of our club once and for all or we tell them we are not prepared to just sit back and await it happening and we will resurrect the fly bye ?.

Same for me Jon. But perhaps we could spend some of it on a one way plane ticket to Stuttgart in the name of Herr E. Rahic it would have to be Ryanair as he likes to do things on the cheap...
