As Adams said a team like Exeter will make chances during the 90+ minutes hence why we have to be more clinical unfortunately the one at the end we did not defend correctly.
I would assume to give Angol a run as he's missed so much football, and Vernam has been in and out recently, so Angol for Robinson made sense and Cooke to replace Vernam looked logical as Cooke has been out star man in midfield so far this season.
Not sure why I need to Google hamstring injuries they can be caused by a number of things, its certainly not all about pacey players pulling them, they can be caused by a simple thing like jumping for a header, so not sure what your point is Steve.
As I posted earlier "Andy Kiwomya commenting on the injury situation and as he says it not over training because the data they get back says that isn't the case", so unless someone is ignoring the data then I'd suggest Adams is doing what has been very successful for him during his time as a manager certainly at Morecombe where Songo told us 6 days of training is expected.

Good bad or indifferent he's the only one scoring on a regular basis, I'm far from convinced it may be a blessing in disguise.

I’d like to think the same about Boris Johnson. But neither will happen.

Yes, the same Andy Kiwomya who, the other week, after a rare win by City, stated the result would "reverberate around the world". I wonder what data he's talking about? Do they scan the players hamstrings after each training session, while they're gasping for breath on the floor?

    ^^^^THIS^^^^

But 15/10 minutes from the end he's also berating them for dropping off, letting the opposition walk out with the ball from defence and basically not listening to him.

He can't have it both ways. If players are not doing what he wants then he should sub them and bring on someone who will at least put some pressure on and try and get some tackles in.

Watt is hopeless in the last 20/25 minutes of games. He seems to get tired because he drops off, gets deeper and just vanishes from games. In the middle we just invite teams onto us and our defence is not good enough to keep them out.

Maybe Songo'o and Canavan will work well. It will be interesting to see. I don't think we'll miss Paudie that much.

As he was employed at both Huddersfield & Leeds in the backroom staff I'd think he has a grasp of what he's talking about.

Honestly feels to me like Bowyers year in charge of city. Not sure we will have the collapse he had but we just don’t have enough about us to do anything. Mid table fodder

In what way? The football on display is chalk and cheese, we actually create chances and every match doesn’t make me want to gouge my eyes out. Just wish we had a Vaughan or Doyle on the end of these chances we’d be far higher up the table.

Just feels like not enough about us to do anything and with a bad run fans could then against adams again. A bit like Bowyer football never looks too bad but a games 90 minutes long for a reason and we can’t cope with it

I thought the football was awful under Bowyer, we created next to nothing under Bowyer unlike now. I can see us ending mid table though, and you’re right that the fans will turn they turn quickly when we aren’t winning most games which this team isn’t capable of doing.

I dont have that feeling, more a frustration at those above Adams to not fully grasp the nettle and understand that we need a bit of quality thorough the team to take it to the next level. The stuff we play under Adams is way different to the garbage played under Bowyer bit as a team we still lack the vital ingredients.

Maybe you are right and he needs the right players back from injury and a good window in the summer.
Just lost all positivity for it recently.

Actually, do you know what I am totally fed up of? The complete repetition of post match interviews. They are almost exactly the same. It shows how much we've progressed results wise, that the soundbites and emotion have been carried on for possibly six years or more. DA is saying the same as so so many mangers before him. I feel his frustration the same way Stuart got angry. Or Hopkin. Or Grayson. Or the same resignational tones as Bowyer or Trueman or Collinns. I liked Sparks. He, to stretch a joke, created a spark within the club when he first came here. But now with this new image drive, and us not winning, and failing to progress to the next round to secure funds. Now I'm just thinking we're some floating team, being rebranded to encourage someone to buy us. And to be honest, that makes me want to rewrite my questionnaire about how I see my club going forward. AND all this because of a boring post match interview! :)

Personally think the football under Adam's is decent. Like a few have said a decent forward and we'd have alot more points on board.cant blame Adam's for the recruitment or for current players not putting chances away to win games.the board have got to back Adam's with a decent budget if not in Jan then certainly next season. This is a piss poor league invest more in squad you'd get the money back anyway if we went up.we cant keep swapping and changing managers think Adam's will bring success given time.

I think any player that starts every game, becomes complacent when they know there’s no one to replace them. If Robinson / Angol / Vernham hit it off maybe this will spur Cook to become more clinical. Cook is playing the main striker role so I’d expect him to be scoring on a regular basis to be honest.

i was disappointed with that draw today. I do have to say i think we would be happy getting “5” points from teams who are 1st, 4th and 5th. We are all so quick to forget how bad we actually were last season. We were talking about relegation! We could have won this game 3-1 with no exaggeration. Give Derek the players he needs and watch us storm this league.
