The FA are incompetent, as are the officials they employ

How much of the clubs funds will be used to go all the way down to Exeter again just for us to simply compete in this game? I can’t imagine the FA would be generous enough to cover our costs. The corrupt

On top of that we have the fans having to make that god forsaken trip again, On a weekday night no less

On top of that we have another unnecessary game in the middle of an already busy schedule which we must contend with whilst having a threadbare squad.

And if all that aint bad enough, why is Angol suspended if the game Never “Officially” Happened?

Thanks to ECFC's last post, I have taken an interest in this game now, and want us to go down there and beat them. Perhaps we can send that post to Sparks, and he can tell DA to pin it on the dressing room wall before kick off

Fact: Exeter City used 6 substitutes thus breaking the rules of the competition.
Fact: Without extenuating circumstances ECFC would have been removed from the competition.
Fact: The extenuating circumstance claimed by ECFC - officials informed them on more than one occasion that they were permitted to bring on on additional sub in extra time.
Fact: The investigation into the game was instigated by the FA itself after receiving the referee’s and assesssor’s match reports, not due to a complaint from Bradford City.
Fact: Bradford City attempted to bring on a sixth substitute which was prevented by the 4th official.
Supposition: Bradford didn’t complain because they didn’t know any rules had been broken. The reason they didn’t know a rule had been broken is because they were given the same incorrect information as ECFC had been given from the officials.
Fact: 4th official Marc Whaley has officiated in the qualifying rounds of this season’s FA Cup where the rules permit the use of an additional sub in extra time.
Supposition: Whaley prevented Bradford’s sixth sub because he wrongly thought they had used up their allocated slots.
Fact: Exeter City gained an unfair advantage from having a sixth substitution.
Supposition: ECFC stay in the competition because of extenuating circumstances but are ordered to replay the match because they gained an unfair advantage.

Fact: Bradford’s chairman talks out of his *rse.
