The priority card is divisive and causes no end of argument on here. We should scrap it and allocate tickets on a reverse alphabetical order based on Bantam Talk use names. It's the only fair way to ensure the same people don't snap up all the tickets. If we move now, we have time to introduce this for the FA Cup 3rd Round when we draw Man City away.

I've just bought 4 tickets for the Vale game that have all gone onto my ST number. Does that mean I get more points than I should or does it mean the other ST holder misses out on the points? I wasn't aware I might have to collect all the ST'S before buying tickets although it's probably in a club announcement somewhere.

 

If you used the friends and family bit it should allocate the points to their season tickets. If not then I think you get them all. This is going to be one of the issues. You now have 40 points but the other three people have zero

 

I went to the ticket office in person and was only asked for my membership number.

 

Yep, as I said this is where arguments will happen next year when they need to use the points. Groups of people will no points but their mate will have hundreds.

I've just checked and I've 320, 150 for season ticket, 8 home games at 20 points a game even if I didn't go and a ticket forPort Vale away

 

Wonder why I've only got 290 then? ST plus the home games should be 310, then the PV tickets on top?

Doesn't really bother me, I've just no idea what's going on.

I'd say look at the purchase history but that didn't tally to my points

For the Exeter home game i called at the ticket office on the Friday to purchase two tickets with my ST ticket and Grandsons ST (He is an Adult) Also got 2 tickets for Scunny . I paid with my card got tickets printed off and passed through to me yeah okay. Except on checking he hadn't returned our ST's so i politely asked for them back he said that he had given them back they where still on his desk.
Match day got to the turnstiles Grandson entered first then my turn handed ticket to him he messed around said my ticket wasn't valid and i would have to go to the ticket office . I asked him to try again a steward stepped in and said i would have to go to the ticket office . Rocket kicked off told them grandson had got in okay with his ticket both bought at same time and following numbers, I refused to move eventually lad in turnstile let me in Numpty Heads .
