    Watching the game Dave just a tap in but that's what goal scoring is all about right place right time, I'll replete if they are still our rivals for a promotion place come the New Year I'd bring him back, as I post he's just scored again very good header.

    Even the guy commentating on the game mentioned Doyle scoring run and said Bradford mustn't of used him right.

    Doyle has put donkey Donaldson and the over rated Vaughan to shame this season. Out scoring both together with ease.

    It was a mistake to bin him off. How many games could we have done with his goals this term.

    Oh and he isnt a number 10, he is a striker.

    I am losing count now, think it is 12 for the season. That's 2 times more than our much lauded big signings Vaughan and Donaldson put together. As you say, embarrassing

    Sometimes players just suit one club and don't another. It can be the style of play being better for them, the atmosphere/culture of the club being more compatible or simply the way of life in a town/city can fit them better. So Doyle could be recalled and not perform the same way at City if whatever elements that are causing his success aren't present

    I'd take that chance even thought it might be expensive, to allow him to stay at a rival scoring as he is doing could turn out more expensive and cost us a promotion place.

    Nobody. As Tolly says, be madness not to cover his wages in full for 6 months. It would be like buying a new in form striker, but much cheaper as he is already ours

    Why's that, surely the club loaning the player makes contingency clauses in the loan agreement, 6 months is nothing to what no promotion would cost the club.

    He doesn't need a target man next to him either. He's currently playing with 5ft 9" Jerry Yates and has also played the lone striker role with success. The only thing that was lacking was his confidence.
