    BBC Radio Leeds said there wasn't one, but the rules of any season long loan allow for a recall option to be added at any time even if there wasn't one written into the original deal.

    If we have a real appetite for bringing Doyle back in January, I think we 100 % can.

    But that appetite to bring Doyle back probably entails one or two players leaving, because the reasoning was mooted as financial in the first place.

    If we can bring Doyle back,we need to learn
    how to get the best out of him because he
    is a goalscorer. Maybe our our wingers will
    make a difference as long as they're not injured!

    Good points. I wonder if the McBurnie money helps as thats classed as revenue. Even though hes scoring I'm not sure bringing someone back is good idea

    We can recall him in January ... so long as Swindon agree to including the recall option in the loan agreement. We can't change it unilaterally. And why would they with his current scoring record?

    Whether we want him back or not, we'd need Swindon's agreement to a recall.

    But if we are surely in a position as is currently , a place in the top 3. That alone must be a reason to potentially speculate to add to the squad rather than diminish it.

    Without an increase in playing budget I doubt we could afford to have Doyle back. It’s been well publicised that we shipped him out so we could get a few more players in.

    There's no guarantee he will do anything for us, though.

    Even now our quality strikers aren't scoring.

    I can't see Bowyer valuing Doyle highly enough to bring him back on his silly wages that nobody else is prepared to pay him.

    No guarantee's in life Jon, that's for sure.
    Whilst I do agree with you with regards Rupp.

    A decent FA Cup run would be a chance for Rupp to potentially advance funds for a season ending promotion push.

    Not sure about the loan fee, but apparently half of Doyle's wages cover two or three players.

    Eye watering.

    Be mad not to. could make all the difference in going up or not. Mind you, we would have to play him in a role and formation that suits him as much as it has at Swindon
