Wellens and Jewell would be brilliant actually. Whilst Jewell wouldnt take much persuading due to his links with us and presumably family home up here still?, I doubt Wellens would be interested

Is Bowyer softening you lot up for Doyle's exit this week?
-

I think everybody’s prediction of how it would go with Doyle’s return has happened. Is it just coincidence that your downturn in performance and results has been since he returned? Your miserly defence has let in a few more than expected with nothing much happening at the other end either.

This does sound as if he could be on his way
There are times in the window, both in terms of incomings and outgoings, where things come to your attention which you have to act upon. Everything we do over the next week will be in the best interest of the football club." -

What is the make up for the deal? Is it only to the end of season he's signed for?
100k deal?
See the thing is it risk v reward. That 100k will generate you 1m when(if) you go up.
My basket case club expects the most boring manager we have had to please fans and for us to go up with a sweater shop budget.
Bradford City are getting ruin under Rhodes, Bowyer and Rupp.
Give me Power, Jewell and Wellens any day of the week. Them 3 will be laughing at Bradford City and our 14k fans tonight!Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
100k is being bandied about. I reckon some of that will be made up if/when we go up.
Sounds (is) a lot for a contract for another 3 months, but it'll be worth it if we go up. That, and my guess is that there'll be a clause for an extension should we get promoted.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

You couldn't script it if you tried. Doyles first game as a full time Swindon player is a top of the table clash with Exeter.
And we go to Oldham with our best player, Donaldhino, about 60% match fit.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -
Bowyer and Rhodes never came out really and said they would sell.
We act weak so don't be shocked at tactics like this. I would of told Doyle or any footballer wanting to leave Bradford to do the same things.
Bradford City are weak at the core!Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand... -

Swindon have footballing people running it and around it.
Bradford City have men in suits.
It's not Doyle's fault that Bradford City are weak!
Seriously, I don't blame Doyle. Blame the club for being soft.

"It wasn't only once I asked them to leave over the few weeks I was there. I was in his office most days really. It was a tough old month."
