    I disagree, Luke O’Nein for Sunderland did a similar tackle yesterday which also got given as a yellow, thankfully the player wasn’t injured. But the commentary team and pundits agreed he was lucky to get away with it. Studs up with force is a red card offence regardless of getting the ball, for the exact reason of what can happen as we saw Saturday. Cards aren’t given out for if a player is hurt or not it’s the nature of the offence. Rightfully so.

    From that picture It looks like he's in the BRI, I thought City had all injuries/operations done at the Yorkshire Clinic.

    Was blue lighted from what I saw from the kop so by default I guess went straight to BRI. Would be the same surgeons either way as they moonlight between private and NHS. He will probably move to Yorkshire Clinic this week to start his recovery.

    Fair comment but I know where I would like to be converlesing post op, the menu at the Yorkshire Clinic is like a 5 star restaurant

    Of course it won't but the consolation is he won't be trying to digest BRI food, I love my grub but the last time I was in the BRI a cheese sandwich was my choice as a stable diet.

    No I've been lucky with regards hospitalisation it was mum who had a hip replacement at the age of 80 who was in the Yorkshire Clinic, I believe they even offered a drinks menu to complement the food.

    I wondered that. Is Bollen still our surgeon, and if so, I also thought our players went to the Yorkshire Clinic in Cottingley.
