We had no training facilities of our own until Mark & Julian struck a 12 year deal with Woodhouse Grove School back in 2011, neither Julian or Mark were based in an office down at Rawdon Meadows.
That would suggest until our new owners and in particularly Edin came the club didn't have any previous chairmen with an office at the training ground.

 

Agree with you,only reasons he appointed Collins was he was cheap and controllable in my opinion,other possibility I think is nobody else would accept his terms for the job.
