The only time sustainable business changes its brand or product is when the product or brand is no longer making £

Rupp should know without a major change to the Product and leadership in the company he will personally lose out due to reduced income

if he doesn’t we are truly fooked

That's what Rupp has to carefully assess. What does he do now?

Listening to the radio on the way home there were a lot messaging in saying they have had enough and won't be renewing their ST. That number is growing by the week.

Of course people understand it. Don’t insult our intelligence. Just because you’re willing to pay it doesn’t mean others should. You’re talking rubbish and on some strange guilt trip.
Any other fan base wouldn’t have let Rupp get away with that today. Where was the protest? Where was the chanting for change? Empathy as truly set in.
It absolutely baffles me that this is just being accepted.
You wouldn’t spunk 100s of ££ on anything else in life and just accept a sub standard product so why is it any different for Bradford City?

Our owner acknowledging that some fans are disillusioned and possibly engaging in some sort of dialogue would be a start.

Absolutely won't happen he's a shrewd operator is Rupp and won't lose all his investment
Some fans are playing cat and mouse with themselves convinced that if we stop buying season tickets we will drop to NL and Rupp, will lose millions it will never happen Rupp doesnt hold the aces we do
Stop buying season tickets and he will have to act as he watches his investment plummet and with the threat he may have to invest he will be out as fast as he can
Without us he's on a hiding to nothing and he and Sparks know this if only those who consider themselves Uber fans would get a grip and realise

You shouldn't try to blame the fans for the current shit show. Why would people want to buy a ST for next season based on what they are currently being served up. Fans are sick to death of being fed dog shit on and off the pitch. You may love to soak that up but a lot are now hacked off and will find alternative things to spend their hard earned on.

Social media can be such a powerful tool when used correctly in our case it won't let the clear message been spelled out by our fanbase.
Renewal is no longer about blind loyalty to the club you've supported for years, times have certainly moved on since then when cheap season ticket campaigns dictated the amount sold.
If people have had enough so be it unfortunately the non renewal bandwagon is in overdrive again fuelled by another appalling home performance.
I would suggest your quote regarding by the week is more by the minute.
The hierarchy can't delete every opinion expressed by dissatisfied customers and hopefully sooner rather than later will have to address the very future of Bradford City Association Football Club.
After all it's run as a business and everyone knows if the product on the shelve isn't value for money punters shop elsewhere these days.

Everything is far from fine but not a single person in this board can answer my simple question of what will happen to the club if income drops and Rupp won’t contribute?
The answer is debt , relegation and oblivion

If 5 million quid equated to everything that Rupp has and he stood to lose it all then yes I’d believe he’d take action but let’s be honest, if he loses every penny of his investment it won’t affect his life.

Wont happen. Rupp wont let us go bust. Means he gets nothing returned on his investment and it damages his reputation - he’d be considered a disinterested, passive, naive fool if it happened.

he’ll sack Sparks first. Bringing in a new CEO and making a clear plan for the club in the next few years would get the dissenters to renew. Rupp isn’t giving up on his investment then. We may need to extend the ST discount deadline but it would be necessary to bring in as much renewal income as possible.

I suspect more fans actually have an issue with the clueless Sparks running the show more than they do with Rupp himself.

There's such a thing as ethics/pride in business and that's what we are to him a business unlike us he has no connection to the club
Rupp will not want his reputation tarnishing regardless of the % of his wealth at stake
We will never agree on this but I do think you are becoming very much in the minority with your opinions
Don't be afraid to force change it happens all the time in business

Plenty of people will renew did a survey of a few in b block about atmosphere stand and all but one we asked was renewing. Of course there will be a good percentage that won’t the price rise will cover a bit of that and the rest will be made up from cutting budgets like the playing budget with zero affect on owners pocket. If you no longer enjoy going then of course it’s right for you to give up but it’s a futile gesture as a protest

This argument is flawed as he doesn’t walk around with £100 million in his pocket, that’s his entire wealth for the rest of his life; life savings, pension, assets etc.

The only way that would be correct would be to ask if you are happy to lose 5% of all you own. Would you be happy if you did? I know I wouldn’t.

Also he wants a rumoured £8-10 million for the club, so it’s like putting 5% of your wealth into an investment you expect to make a profit on, which makes the loss hurt even more.

He will want his money, personally if I was him I’d publicly announce the club is up for sale for £1 million. It would sell quickly, give him a million quid he didn’t previously have and get a milestone from around his neck.
