Believe it or not 2 hours on a Saturday and a Tuesday are easily filled for most people. I can assure you if people don't renew and I'm told currently there's just less than 1000 that have so far the club have no option but to extend the early bird offer. Rupp is fully aware of what is going on now and something will happen. And for your last point, who keeps appointing these managers that fail so miserably? Who has employed 2 people to run the club and hire these faling managers that recruit failing players? They're all accountable and now is the time to hold each of them to account. Your club is letting you down almost every season and fans like you and Park and the few others just lap it up and wear failure like a badge of honour. Enjoy your tour of the National league 25/26

Call me a happy clapper if you like, but two months ago marked the 70th anniversary of my first game watching City. Since then I've rarely missed a home match , and have watched City at 75 different grounds up and down the country, I've known the desperation of applying for re-election and the highs of reaching the Premiership, plus 4 visits to Wembley. So if anyone thinks that I should now refrain from buying a new season ticket , they can think again. City is in my blood,!!

I remember the old ticket books in a vinyl wallet where a ticket for that match was torn out by the turnstile operator, and the days of having to queue in the building at the bottom of VP whilst club employees searched through boxes and boxes of cards to find our cards for the coming season. Happy days

Of course people understand it. Don’t insult our intelligence. Just because you’re willing to pay it doesn’t mean others should. You’re talking rubbish and on some strange guilt trip.
Any other fan base wouldn’t have let Rupp get away with that today. Where was the protest? Where was the chanting for change? Empathy as truly set in.
It absolutely baffles me that this is just being accepted.
You wouldn’t spunk 100s of ££ on anything else in life and just accept a sub standard product so why is it any different for Bradford City?

We were 5th in League One when these clowns took over. At what stage do you start asking the questions that need asking?

I'm not sure how it would benefit the club if we all renewed, either.

It's not made a difference under these clowns so far.

I honestly don’t understand why it is the fans fault for years of failure. We have been funding this for 7 years. Rupp and Rahic inherited the enormous good will of the fans, now they can hardly be bothered to recognise our existence! The some fans who wish to continue buying ST’s are now pointing the finger at those fans who have had enough of being ignored and taken for granted. We are an empty shell of a club, and I would hazard a guess that is why we are not successful. Rupp and Sparks are hiding from the wrath of the fans and somehow that is ok. We have no plan for the club going forward, so until I see some semblance of just how we are going to get out of this league I will continue to raise this issue.

You shouldn't try to blame the fans for the current shit show. Why would people want to buy a ST for next season based on what they are currently being served up. Fans are sick to death of being fed dog shit on and off the pitch. You may love to soak that up but a lot are now hacked off and will find alternative things to spend their hard earned on.

You have just agreed what the effect of fans not renewing will be. So the protest is not futile as you suggest. TBH I don't think a protest will be actually needed. The club is doing everything it can right now on the pitch to make the ST renewal decision that much harder.Rupp will have to decide whether to have a decreasing player budget=decreasing quality of player=decreasing value of the business. Whilst it won't hurt him directly financially straight away over time his asset will be very much at risk.

Keep clapping Park. Clap Clap Clap.

@Park bantam@Park bantam you are excelling yourself today with barely disguised insulting behaviour towards your fellow fans. You think it would be better at VP if what is left of the fans as they will be committed. Now you are suggesting that traffic on here will slow down too so that you can reign supreme. Maybe we should ask @king karl@king karl to make it a condition of taking part of this forum that all participants to be committed ST holders?

Your arrogance and your potted analysis of what will happen is ludicrous and you might like to apply for a job in North Korea, they only allow one point of view as well.

Then maybe we should put someone competent in charge to prevent that from happening. Being the youngest CEO in the football league isn't the kind of thing to boast about as a positive if the ability of that person is not what the job requires.

Rupp/Edin & now Sparks all took over from a position of strength and we have forever gone backwards since. The fact we are talking about non league is down to the way the club has been run. We were 5th in league one when they took over, no climbing out of the abyss of administration. Infact a club that was climbing out of the abyss of administration at the time (Bolton) are pushing for promotion to the Championship.

Yeah, that tends to happen when they haven't had a chance to change things. It's called continuality. They literally did nothing it was already in place.

I sat and watched the ground literally empty out by half time. I know the ISG had mooted staged walkouts but it seems nature is sorting that out already.

People not wanting to renew are now deserters, rats leaving a sinking ship etc etc ad nauseum . In reality they are normal people not wanting to give RS any more money to spaff up the wall. They have had enough. They no longer believe in the club, its message or its values.

    Who can blame them?

The loyalty has worn off, no in fact it's been systematically eroded over the last 6 years. People are worn down by the constant dross at home games. The expectation that FGR et al will just do us over and they often do. That Mansfield will come and give us a new arsehole and they did. It goes on and on. Predictably repeated stale boring performances. We have a good home game in every 10 perhaps.

As a result the club is rapidly losing the casual fan in droves.
The product on the pitch is simply not good enough. It will be a minor miracle if the squad is improved enough next season to be anywhere near the top 7. We are that far off. Miles. Anyone can see it. Some don't. Enough do though.

Rupp is at a watershed moment and I bloody hope that Saturdays debacle has somewhat focussed his mind.

I didn't renew this season, the last game I attended was the play-off semi final, I had a bad feeling about this season and I was also in the middle of a house move. It's done wonders for my mental health on a weekend, I still keep an eye on the score but if we lose it barely bothers me.

I've said it before but a lot of people are in an abusive relationship with this club, if people threaten to leave then the club will suggest that budget cuts will be required as a result of low ticket sales, in other words 'if you leave me I'll kill myself'. This club deserves 4,000 fans, not 18,000.

The idea is that it forces the change that's necessary to help benefit the club in the long run.

    If nothing changes, nothing changes.

That's what Rupp has to carefully assess. What does he do now?

Listening to the radio on the way home there were a lot messaging in saying they have had enough and won't be renewing their ST. That number is growing by the week.
