Disgraceful so called supporters

I presume they had to hop home.

 

This debate is typical of the world today, namely people getting upset and shouty and all wobbly wokey because someone doesn't agree with their faux outraged view.

The way I see it, some naughty boy threw a flare and another kicked over a bin. It's not nice behavior, it wrong, but it's hardly on the same scale as putting invading Ukraine or Gary glitter abusing kids.

 

I guess AK comes into weirdo territory for the wet wipes on here.

 

Why don’t they throw bog rolls like they used to

 

Honestly I think folk would rather sit there in silence like the majority do at home least right or wrong they actually make an attmosphere away from home ............ just odd that we seem to produce away wins when a big following is behind them and constantly fook up at home when a fair few are against them .................. I’m an old fart in my late 40s but yesterday apart from the odd flare ( which doesn’t fuss me either way ) I enjoyed it ........,, imagine being a player going out knowing they are with you that must make you wanna go out and do everything to win .............. unlike at home when one wrong pass is the gateway to putting the poor sods down

 

I'm a bit older than you and remember what it was like years ago, tame these days in comparison. I also watch quite a bit of football in Europe, if what happened yesterday gave you problems don't ever watch a game over there.

 

I know but some just go looking for issues when it’s easily avoided like yesterday ............. I didn’t wanna be knowhere near it so I stood well away from ...........job done .............

 

I actually said to my lad yesterday why does no one bring shredded news paper no more bog roll another old classic

 

People shouldn’t let a tiny minority ruin what was otherwise a great day, games like that in terms of atmosphere are few and far between so be careful it doesn’t become so sterile that every game is like our home games. Away games are the only enjoyment I get from this club these days sadly.

 

Yes days like yesterday are why we follow football and put ourselves through it week in week out. As has been said, a fantastic atmosphere and great scenes for the goal and at the end. A handful of idiots but in no way was that coming close to spoiling my enjoyment of the day!

My son and grandsons enjoyed it; the ones laughing at the camera. One grandson brought a mate.

 

One of their fans didn't have a problem with our turnout.

Stewards and police assaulted?! I had a really good view from behind the goal near the back. The only violence I saw was when Cook scored and several police ran across and waded into the fans. One police officer in particular with a full on punch, the aggressiveness in his face was disgraceful. Just wish someone had it on tape. Make no wonder coppers get no respect from the general public

For the record that second half atmosphere was on a par with Stevenage. Although the decibel count was probably a few points above, and no doubt kickstarted the belief in the players. I honestly can’t believe we have fans whinging about louts and flares, when we just won a derby game which we would’ve definitely bottled last season. Get a fecking life you miserable sods

If the atmosphere is like that for the rest of the season at away games, then bring it on. Mansfield set off a few flares the other week at our place, it really is not unique to our fans.
