In case anyone is wondering - the club will not issue any refunds on season tickets as a result of the Covid Pass implementation, citing the fact that they ‘don’t have a refund policy for such unique circumstances.’

Those who cancel their direct debit will be liable for the remainder of the fee when it comes to purchasing a new season ticket in the future.

Is double vaccinated still 'fully vaccinated' for the purposes of attending games?

They should offer season ticket holders free iFollow as they did previously for home games, Like many As a clinically vulnerable supporter there is no way I will mingle with hundreds of other supporters, If this is not done this will be the last season ticket I will ever buy as why should I support a club that does not protect and support me

Having never done a lateral flow test I was told yesterday if someone who has not been vaccinated wants to get a negative so they can attend night clubs/football matches all they have to do is put the relevant details into the NHS app click negative and when showing the result to a steward it shows negative, they don't need to do the test is it that easy to cheat the system ?.

Unfortunately, iFollow availability is not something the club have any control over. It's all set between the EFL, iFollow and the broadcasting rights. In the UK, they cant show footage of 3pm kick offs from the English leagues unless it's an international break.

They only agreed to lift it for one season whilst everything was behind closed doors, the only way that will change is if the full lockdowns ever happen again. If it was up to the clubs and they actually got a good chunk of the online fee, they'd probably want to show games. I remember last season on the Peterborough chairmans podcast, he talked about iFollow and the clubs get very little money back in relation to the games sold. It's usually £10 for a match i think on iFollow when they are available, he was saying they see pennies from that, well over 90% of the fees goes to the EFL and iFollow. The clubs wanted a restructure to get more money during the closed doors season but it went quiet.

Precisely. It depends on the honesty of the person doing the test but you don't actually have to do it. Simply put in the test number, say it was negative and you have a negative test result. Ridiculous really.

I'm pretty sure ifollow makes very little difference, if any at all.

The cost of sky sports, BT sports, Amazon prime and potentially now YouTube just to watch a limited selection of PL football has people abandoning conventional and legal means in their droves.

It is for now, however as Sajid Javid stated yesterday it will soon be required to have had 3 doses to be ‘fully vaccinated’.

I thought they all required proof of having the vaccinations or a negative lateral flow test, that's the reason I asked if it was correct and if its down to
    the individuals honesty.

As others have said on here a lot depends on the venue.Wife been to a couple of concerts where they flatly refused to let people in without one.
Others barely looked at the phone app or paper that people had.
Prem clubs have pretty much been told if queues build up they are allowed to pick at random who they check to avoid any safety issues.

Having recently been in a country where vaccine passports are currently in use for everything hospitality-based as well as Sports events, you are asked upon entry whether you have the required documents by the staff of that establishment. They take your word for it and you proceed, with the notion that it is an individual responsibility to have the required documentation, whether that's proof of vaccination, proof of previous infection within 7 months (something that is not even discussed here bizarrely when it is prominent throughout Europe) or a negative test.

Every now and again, the police will appear (very rarely) to check everybody has the correct documentation, with a hefty fine and being told to leave if you don't have the documents.

And that's it. It's similar in the way that those who drive have to have car insurance or ensure their MOT is done each year, or those who get on the Metrolink or jump on a train between stations with no barriers - it is an individual responsibility and we are entrusted on those bases, however occasionally police/BTP/staff will stop and check a vehicle, a passenger etc etc.

That's how I imagine this could be implemented on these shores, and more specifically, at VP and football grounds going forward.

Im sorry you are classed as clinically vulnerable. However, you purchased your season ticket during a pandemic and the likely risks that entailed, so not sure why you would have a problem with the club.
