I hope your wife has minimal abuse but it started today for me, despite offering only advisory for customers.

Of my favourite today, "you ask me tomorrow and you'll be getting dragged outside "

Its a poorly written article (for clicks and shares i imagine) but it clarifies itself the paragraph down.

"The clinical criteria will continue to be guided by WHO definition which is basically to report any death where the person had an acute Covid-19 infection regardless of what the cause of death might be," Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield told RNZ.

"We will be now publicly reporting confirmed deaths as those where the death documents or an investigation has shown that the cause was Covid-19 and we will report other deaths where the cause of death is not certain but the person has Covid-19.

"We will report them separately, and the latter group will be classified as 'under investigation' while we await further information from clinicians or a coroner's follow up."

Wouldn't be as much fun without it, or with the full name with the numbers

Interesting seeing how many people on public transport have adopted the mandatory mask wearing. I'd say it's about 40% when it was about double that last time round.

Children's nativity are being cancelled due to the scaremongering from this new variant, meanwhile the PM and Education minister are.....(btw they are all teachers in that photo with our education minister at their glitzy awards bash)

A nativity performance would be like attending a cinema or theatre, so they would be within the rules too.

Did the government cancel it or the school? Cant blame them for the schools decision.

You know I was in Asda Keefly earlier and was surprised to see that a good number shopping was wearing a face covering. Would guess at over 85%. Am using public transport on Saturday so will see what that's like in comparison in Keefly.

Just seen a report on BBC that on Thursday 25th there were 208,000 kids absent from school with confirmed or suspected cases.

As they would be off for 10 days that is about 20,000 per day out of the average of about 40,000 cases each day. Surely that says that if we want to stop transmissions we look at schools rather than shops.

Thats strange, I was in Asda Keighley yesterday and the first member of staff I saw was the Security guard who was maskless, which doesn't really set a good example. There were definately more people with masks but nowhere near 85%. I would say 60% max, and many staff were maskless wondering round the shop.

Whole classes aren't being sent home at them moment, just individuals, so 208,000 absent from school would be far far more if whole classes were sent home.

I see Boris Johnson is suggesting a party at No10 last year was carried out under the rules of the time. The rules at the time were no household mixing at all, this was when we were lockdown in our own homes. They are taking the piss.

So for anyone keeping up with this shitshow and happily jumping through the hoops that Boris put out whilst crying for more and more restrictions here is a quick timeline of the various parties held by No 10 last year.

On the 5th November 2020 the whole country was placed into Lockdown, you could only leave your house for the following reasons. education, work, if this cannot be done from home, exercise and recreation outdoors, medical reasons, appointments, escaping injury or harm, shopping for food and essentials, providing care for vulnerable people or
volunteering. All non essential shops were closed.

During this time two parties took place, one on the 13th November and one on the 27th November, where people are reported to have become plastered.

Following this whilst London was in tier 3, and the day before London moved into tier 4, the 18th December (Boris went on TV on the 19th December to tell millions of people they could not spend Christmas together) another party was held. No doubt as Boris was telling millions to cancel their Christmas plans, large numbers of No10 staff were nursing hangovers.

Anyone following any rules is a mug, that's not me saying that, that is Boris saying that with his actions.
