Interesting graph in the Guardian this morning.



It kind of gives a top level indication on how many people will end up getting vaccinated. For example everyone who is over 50 has been allowed to get their jabs since the 17th March so you would assume that basically everyone who wants to get one has done so already.

The other striking bit to me is that I'd always basically thought that everyone who has had a 1st jab would get a second one (so that eventually the two percentages on the government website would match) however this graph has made me realise that logically that's not going to happen. People who have had bad reactions to the 1st jab might be wary of the second and then also there will be people who have died between the 1st and 2nd jab, especially at the older end, so it's never going to correlate fully.

 

It is not Freedom day it is abandonment day where the government has absolved itself from further responsibility

 

Yet isn’t that what several were calling for on here people bring able to make thei own calls with regards masks, jabs ETC.

Just been out for my lunch in Leeds. It seems the 70% of people who wanted to keep restrictions have stayed at home. I bet mask wearing is down to 15-20%.

 

Just been in Sainsburys and B and M at Greengates. Both trading steady away and mask wearing in both sites around 50/50.

Near 100% mask wearing at BRI this morning.

 

Boris is on the TV now, and instead of pushing the benefits of the vaccine, he is basically doing what I referred to at the back end of last week. Threatening to take away people's freedoms in order to get people vaccinated.

In my opinion the completely wrong way to go about this.

 

Boris just announced that in September vaccination is now the sole requirement to get into nightclubs and ‘large venues’. Do wonder if that includes football grounds.

personally I agree with this decision. Its about time he does what a leader does and make some hard decisions.

 

Indeed. And it only strengthens my view about the control agenda that's behind this. If that agenda is pushed harder than it is now, it'll be decision time for people. It'll be a turning point in history - people in countries like Greece and France are protesting en masse. The same needs to happen everywhere. Boycott venues where Vaccine Passports are made mandatory as a condition of entry.

 

Why not have all the unvaccinated have it tattooed on their forehead and have done with it.

 

We are entering now entering dangerous waters its increasingly obvious there is more going along than having a vaccine.

 

'In the Commons this afternoon, Mr Zahawi said: "By the end of September everyone aged 18 and over will have the chance to receive full vaccination and the additional two weeks for that protection to really take hold.

"So at that point we plan to make full vaccination a condition of entry to nightclubs and other venues where large crowds gather.

"Proof of a negative test will no longer be sufficient."

If people can't see that there's something very sinister behind this, I don't know what to tell you. If proving that you don't have the virus is no longer acceptable, then this isn't about protecting public health. Its outright facism.

 

Day by day, the so called 'conspiracy theories' are playing out in the manner that was predicted.

 

I genuinely fear for the future of my children. I don't think they'll ever know the sort of freedoms we all took for granted until 18 months ago.

 

Threats are all they have left am afraid
They have already proven that's it's one rule for one and one rule for everyone else
It's time we took a leaf out of the French and Greek book and started peacefully protesting before it's too late
Whilst members of the public openly agree and commend such actions "normal" life will never resume and further stricter sanctions will inevitably follow without opposition

 

Yes the Chinese have a lot to answer for unfortunately the WHO couldn't get access to areas they wanted to see with regards the spread of Covid.
