In the month of May, Covid was the 24th leading cause of death in the UK, accounting for less than 1% of all deaths that month. Flu and Pneumonia killed 3 times as many people as Covid - but strangely, I havent been bombarded by the need for me to get a flu jab or threatened with the loss of my freedoms or ostracised from society for not having one.... strange that.

 

Seems Italy won't let any Brits in without quarantine (including the double vaccinated)

The credentials of the 3 chaps talking are readily available online and include the Dr who invented MRNA vaccine technology. These aren't cranks - whatever your views on Covid, I'd implore everyone to watch before making vaccine choices for yourselves and your children.

Ears pricked up when it mentioned that double vaccinated people from Britain still had to quarantine
Wonder what thoughts Mr Johnson & co had when they saw the streets/bars in London rammed with
Scottish football fans singing dancing and obviously full of drink not a face mask in sight and considerably more than a group of six etc etc
Made the non lifting of restrictions look even more farcial

 

Agree. Absolutely farcical.
Saw a few shots on the news of various bars with LOTS of Scots enjoying the occasion. And I'm sure there were equal numbers of Brits doing the same.
Not sure of the current rules/guidelines but there was hugging, no sitting at tables and not a mask in sight.
Let's see how it pans out if there is a spike and how the multitude of graphs will do some scaremongering.

It was great to see. People getting back to living instead of being propagandasised into fearing death. This nonsense only ends when the public stick 2 fingers up to it.

 

Who in their right mind would go on holiday to have to self isolate for the first 5 days of their holidays, we love our holidays with guarenteed sun but this year it will be several breaks in the UK.

I've no doubt at all my jabs are worth it mate,no debate to be had, I understand others may not agree but I'm more than happy to feel I've done my bit.

 

Julis Hartley-Brewer also had Kit Malthouse on and asked him the same questions. He was equally non-committal so she said ignoring the government stance, in your opinion should we allow the Eufa officials and sponsors inti the country without quarantining. His reply was classic. " I'm a government minister. I'm not allowed to have an opinion"

Well looking at the coverage from Ascot those in the Royal area weren't exactly social distancing or wearing masks.

 

The best way to protect yourself from covid and the lockdown restrictions? Have money.
