problem here @Dennis is that there are friends of the moderators of this board that have been getting away with personal attacks for too long whereas others, who aren't, are jumped on straight away and warned about their posts almost immediately.

After today's news and figures it certainly doesn't make it any easier making a decision.
It just seems different businesses are doing different things, take B&Q they told me I could go and await my turn in entering similar to supermarkets, yet Wickes do not allow people just going and expecting to go in, you must purchase what you want online and they will pick your goods and text you when you can pick them up, yet some people were just turning up yesterday expecting to walk straight in and getting annoyed with the guy who came out and said unless you have ordered online you can't come in, some of the comments he recieved were uncalled for.
