He has a point to be fair, well two actually with regards the WHO, the USA contribute the most to it and they were slow alerting the rest of the world.
It certainly looks like Tendros Adhanom is using China as the shining example of how to handle the situation
conveniently omitting China had 2 possibly 3 months start on the rest of the world.

Read on twitter (I know hardly the bastion of facts) that the NHS costs about 15 million an hour. I am 100% behind nurses getting paid more. But if people think simply throwing more money at it will work - they're deluded. It has to be efficiently managed.
