Gilliead gives his all but thats not good enough for some!
So as a collective we do ask for more. And if we want promotion we should expect more than covering blades of grass.
PS I dont mind Gilliead.

Why sign another LB ? Ridehalgh is perfectly capable and never lets us down. It's someone in front of him that we need to replicate what Parky jad on the right with Darby & McMahon

We were certainly worse off when he left anyway and we ended up with Ellison there instead!Wakefield Bantam and Chris Redfield like this. -

Wouldn't judge at all from his Hartlepool loan, was only there until January and joined on deadline day in the summer.Onside likes this. -

Definitely an area we needed looks to have pace and two footed. And with championship experience as with all judgement reserved but could be a good start. Plays for Kenya so may have to release him for tournaments

ODUOR ARRIVES AT CITY | News | Bradford City (bradfordcityafc.com)
Bradford City AFC is delighted to announce the signing of Clarke Oduor, on a three-year deal, who becomes the club’s first new summer recruit.
The Kenyan international, who can operate as a winger, wing-back or full-back, arrives at the University of Bradford Stadium following his release from Barnsley, until the summer of 2026.
Having graduated from Leeds United’s academy in 2017, the 23-year-old moved to South Yorkshire in 2019, making a total of 57 appearances for the Tykes.
His goal against Brentford on the final day of the 2019/20 season secured Barnsley’s second-tier status for another year.
He turned out 14 times on loan for Hartlepool United last season, scoring in a 2-1 defeat at Swindon Town in October.

Checked out Hartlepool's results with Clarke in the side, not that bad considering how poor Hartlepool were.
Looks like they'd have stayed up with him as a regular.

From the press release and comments of other fans on social media it seems that this lad has played about everywhere except GK. One tweet asking what his best position was had 4 different responses alone.
I'm not sure we need a jack of all trades type. I'd much rather we signed specialist players for certain positions but it sounds like we're planning on playing several different formations next year.Dennis likes this. -
My guess is that he is the wide left player who replaces Tyreik Wright.

Trying not to be be too negative but this interview from his time at Hartlepool doesn't read that well.

Maybe the pace he has can open space for players like Walker through the middle, let's wait and see!Jordan likes this. -
Seriously underwhelming, ask yourself this would he be a signing for the likes of Wrexham, Stockport, county, MK and their ambitions ? Feel like we are back fishing in the shit pool again. Last year felt different in terms of recruitment felt like we pushed the Boat now it feels like we we back to the bargain buckets. Because our coaching is so good we can afford to pick up rough diamonds .
3 years what the hell… is that the only we can tempt. Trying to be positive but massively underwhelming and remember from Ryan’s mouth record commercial revenue I expected better in the budget.vladimir likes this.
