I was talking 50+ games not minutes, no one mentioned our fitness levels when we were winning and climbing the league.

Hopkin has seen straight away the Squads lack of fitness. Unfortunately it’s a lot harder to put it right during the season

Read my posts I think fitness levels this time is just as bad. It’s a badly neglected area which I hope Hopkins sorts out

 

What suddenly changed though after 18 months that it became a point of principle.

Basket case owners yes, but perhaps (just perhaps) their issues are different and they don't have anything to do with the football side of things and they do just let their manager get on with it. All I've read about Blackpool indicates it's more mismanagement of the company rather than the football club, and taking out money that is the issue, ie the level of debt they have created. As they got promoted and managed to stay up last season it seems they at least do back their manager, how else could they have signed Jay Spearing ?

 

If I was the owner of a football club and we were picking up so many muscle injuries and showing a general lack of fitness I would be speaking to the fitness department regularly

Well you're just as clueless as him that's why.

He doesn't own a corner shop. He owns a div 1 football club.

As chairman stay the fu@k out unless called upon! He's ruining this club by thinking he should get involved in everything. Let the bloody tea lady, kit man, head coach, fitness staff who ever do their jobs and fu@k of out of their business.

Edin needs to produce. Produce some money to support everyone or sell the club. This isn't hard but seriously he's better off in Germany then Bradford as his involvement is damaging this football club.

You being an ex business man wouldnt leave an important position like that open.
Edin leaves himself so wide open to criticism, you'd think for a man who micro manages he would have seen how important that position was.

 

That’s the question, however i think it’s reasonable to assume it’s more than just the change of manager, that wouldn’t warrant going to the press.
